They were very quickly responsive and offered multiple solutions to my issue with a dead key on the GMMK3, and quickly sent me a complimentary replacement PMB to resolve the issue. They really stand behind their products, and I love the functionality, style, and customization possibilities for the keyboard. I own three different Glorious keyboards, and they all feel sturdy and stylish! They're easy to open and modify, but also perfect right out the box.

I asked to purchase a part from one of their products that 'I' broke while tinkering with it. They sent me a replacement free as it was still in warranty, even though it was clearly my fault.

Glorious company is in my opinion makes the best darn nice and keyboard. I'd consider trusting it, if you need any help, the support of glorious is always at your service

Glorious support is top notch!! They take the time to actually reply to you and make sure your experience with them was great. Now if I could only convince them to write GloriousCore for Linux.

I’ve bought a GMMK2 barebone. Unfortunately I had a software problem but the support helped me very quickly and nicely to solve it! You only realise how much a company values its customers when something isn’t working as it should. And here I’m obviously very valued!
