10/10. Product is amazing. Haven't bothered switching to another brand since buying from Glorious. I have the Glorious Model O in white (had the black version previously but wanted to change up to match my setup) and it both looks and feels amazing compared to other mice I've used. I had some trouble getting the firmware updated for the dongle and the mouse but their support team was also 10/10. responded within a day with the manual update files and simple instructions. Was easy to update and had 0 issues since. Would 100000% recommend!!!

Their website said custom builds took 3-4 weeks for assembly and shipping, mine took 6 weeks before I contacted them via email asking when I could expect my build/order to ship. It was finished and shipped within two days post-email, arrived on the third day post-email, and I was also offered and given a 10%-of-purchase refund for the delay. All in all customer service was kind and quick to remedy.

After a auto-update started via glorious-software my keyboard completely stopped working. Don't waste your time searching for a solution online (yo won't find anything useful...) - just contact the customer support. Very quick response and perfect solution. After a few mails (even days after the first contact) all problems got fixed.

Never seen support this much fast responsive. They are very helpful as well.

One of the best custommer service I've experienced

I had a mouse stop charging after 9 months. After notifying them of the problem they gave me credit to get a new mouse. They didnt give me a hard time and was sympathetic about my situation. Excellent customer service and Ill definitely buy their products in the future. Keep up the good work !!
