I usually have to wait 24-48 hours to get a response from any support company, but after 10 minutes of me sending an email, I already had an email back answering my question!

I had a couple of issues they were able to resolve them quick and prompt. Great job! Keep up the good work.

I picked up a barebones GMMK2 96% of Amazon a year(ish) ago along with some Glorious switches and stabs. I have too many keyboards so it took a while before I attempted building this one. When I connected it to my Mac Mini M1 it was completely unresponsive, didn't even appear to have power. Tried multiple USB cables (A-->C, C-->C) of varying lengths but still no response. Same with my Macbook Pro 2018. On my HP Zbook laptop, I got a "USB device not recognized error". Contacted Glorious support and relayed all this and they wanted to RMA but I advised that I'd relocated to a different country since the initial purchase and I'd be happy just to try a replacement USB-C PCB because they had a support article on replacing this. Glorious agreed and the replacement PCB is on route to me now. If possible, I'll update this review after testing the new PCB and bouncing the results off Glorious support. TLDNR: Product had issues but support has been excellent so far.

PRODUCTS: GMMK2 96% ; Glorious Model O First thing, I've never had any issues with the Model O - the only issue I could report is that the honeycomb pattern is a little hard to clean (but I knew that going in). It functions great. I had some issues with my GMMK2 for a little while, and some of my switches started to go out - they sent me an entirely new box of switches to fix the keyboard. Later on, I had issues with the keys breaking. Again, I contacted support, and they are sending me a new box of keys. If you ask nicely, support will go to the moon and back for you.

I used their Boardsmith service to see how it panned out, I know there are some bad reviews out there about this company but they are one of the very few that will do a fully customisable build for you. I got my full aluminium GMMK 3 Pro HE, I chose Lynx switches with a brass plate. I think the typing experienced is great, I had to change the actuation as it was a little too sensitive but I imagine I would want to set something a bit more responsive for gaming. The build quality is excellent throughout, wonderful keycaps and the dampeners looks solid. I think the software could be more feature rich but for what I need which is basically assign different colours to each key and change the actuation, no issues so far. I have a UK ISO layout with the lamb chop return key; I think the lighting is probably not as bright for this key as well as the space bar. On the flip side I don't like things too bright anyway but pointing out for awareness. Overall I am very pleased, the staff were super helpful and I forgot to apply a discount code after I already made my purchase but they were able to sort it for me afterwards and applied a refund. The keyboard also comes with sample switches from their range so if I wanted to try it out I can swap out the current switches with their samples to see what it's like before committing to a new set. The whole process was much quicker than expected, I got my board in just over a week via Fedex to the UK.

So I've had GMMK2s, a lot of them, in the past and I really enjoyed them for their cost to performance ratio. They are a great starter keyboard to begin building with or even build and gift to friends in the office. Recently, i decided to get the GMMK3 pro. There were shortages at the time so I had to wait a week to order. Then it took three weeks to begin processing my order. (I only ordered a shell and PCB becaues I have switches I've lubed and prepared) and once it came in I was excited. After using the keyboard, I discovered the PCB was damaged. At first it just felt like two keys but then I slowly realized the whole PCB was damaged and there was no way it had ever been tested by a person, or stated person on the box, because they would have noticed a lot wrong with it immediately. I'm pretty sure Glorious purposely sent me a faulty keyboard just to say that they somewhat "fulfilled" their time to delivery estimate. When I RMA'd it, they had no problems submitting the RMA and had zero questions about it, but now once again.. I'm waiting for an RMA board and $330 and one month later, I still have no working keyboard; again, I remind you that I only ordered a shell and PCB.

For the love of god don't buy anything here. I made the mistake of buying a barebones GMMK 3 for about £100. What they don't tell you, and in-fact completely lie about is that their custom firmware is in an entirely non-functional state. Without serious hoop-jumping, you will not get any keyboards from Glorious to work properly. Their support is atrocious and their subreddit is heavily monitored and moderated by employees of the company. These sellers are actively scamming people at this time.

Here's my overall experience owning Glorious products. Don't buy Glorious mice or keyboards with other alternatives around. Full stop. 1. The Glorious software and driver suite are just awful and have zero Linux support 2. Their keyboards are disgustingly overpriced for middling design and build 3. The Glorious Model O is fragile. Very fragile. Any average bump will reset the on-board memory and delete your profiles, meaning you have to set it up again from scatch. 4. The Glorious CORE software is a complete mess and sometimes stops detecting your mouse untill you you connect to a different PC to reset it - more indepth there are several threads about it, and to my knowledge it has never been fixed. It's also very unintuitive and (again) HAS NO Linux support! 5. Customer support is awful and expects you to jump around social media channels for any support
