Mice broke after a year and a half of use. glorious sends me some thing to fix it. Then, it breaks a year later. The mouse cost me about 150$. Glorious gives me a 15$ coupon off my next order, since it wasn't on warranty anymore... My GMMK Keyboard broke after 2 years and A MONTH of use and it had a 2 year warranty. Glorious gives me another 15$ coupon. what a joke. I have spent almost 1k in glorious products just for half of the stuff to break and I received about 30$ worth of coupon. Never buying Glorious ever again. PS, customer service was really rude, uncomprehensive and stopped messaging me in the middle of a conversation, since they didn't want to help me. Never got any updates back.

Dogshit customer service, 4 weeks in and all i get is the "We cant give you an update on your order please refer back to the webpage. You will get a tracking link when the item ships". This is asinine and beyond unprofessional.

Stay away!!! I would give them -1 for the way they have this shady warranty where they hide behind the "shipping to be paid by buyer" policy. I bought a wireless mouse receiver kit, order#1458473. It was a DUD!!!! (what a quality). Reached out and now they want me to ship it. Really?? Why wouldn't I throw this piece of Chinese junk in trash and look forward to buy from Logitech or other reputable brands. I made a mistake and I hope my $14.99 + shipping will make you a millionaire. Stay Away!!!

Horrible company with terrible business practices. They are aware when they release a batch of fault products but do not help resolve any issues with them and provide no resolution. Look up the ghosting and key repeat issues for the gmmk pro keyboard. There is an incredibly large amount of people who all experienced the same issue which no hardware or software fixes could resolve. Glorious just stalls for time until the warranty is up by telling you to "clean the keyboard" or "update the software" or "factory reset it" but does not offer a real resolution. It's a shame cause I've bought two mice and two keyboards from them. Both keyboards were absolute trash but I let the first instance go but the second one was just insane. I wanted to buy their new wireless mouse but I'm afraid I can no longer support such a company.

Bought 2 Glorious model O wireless. Both mice had a failed scroll wheel which only works intermittently. I have receipts, although this is an "uinvited" review. All glorious did in the end after talking to support was offer a 20$ discount. Local retailers had the mouse listed for cheaper than this. Original date of correspondence was 30/7-23 Cannot in good conscience recommend this brand, although I did love the mouse before the scrollwheel issue started. I suspect replacing the decoder for the scrollwheel would have fixed the issue. Can find similar videos with the same issue on youtube.

GMMK V2 keyboard an expensive option, that does not work. I have their mouse aswell and the software "glorious core" for both, is insanely bad. My keyboard and many many other peoples, just does not work, button presses not registered and in some cases duplicated. A lot can be found on this issue on online help forums, where the glorious team answers questions with solution like update the software, hardware reset and so on. Which does NOT solve the problem, they are considering you for a fool, THEIR HARDWARE IS IMPROPERLY ASSEMBLED AND BREAKS A LOT ! I actually wasted my hard earned money here...

So I've had GMMK2s, a lot of them, in the past and I really enjoyed them for their cost to performance ratio. They are a great starter keyboard to begin building with or even build and gift to friends in the office. Recently, i decided to get the GMMK3 pro. There were shortages at the time so I had to wait a week to order. Then it took three weeks to begin processing my order. (I only ordered a shell and PCB becaues I have switches I've lubed and prepared) and once it came in I was excited. After using the keyboard, I discovered the PCB was damaged. At first it just felt like two keys but then I slowly realized the whole PCB was damaged and there was no way it had ever been tested by a person, or stated person on the box, because they would have noticed a lot wrong with it immediately. I'm pretty sure Glorious purposely sent me a faulty keyboard just to say that they somewhat "fulfilled" their time to delivery estimate. When I RMA'd it, they had no problems submitting the RMA and had zero questions about it, but now once again.. I'm waiting for an RMA board and $330 and one month later, I still have no working keyboard; again, I remind you that I only ordered a shell and PCB.
