The drivers were really not friendly. The bus smelled horribly of cigarettes, as the driver went in and out with a lit cigarette when the bus was stopped. No directions were given at the border control stops, they just stopped and got out and waited for us to figure out that they wanted us out. For a six hour drive there was no working toilet. The light was ripped out of the ceiling and didn't work, no toilet paper or napkins were available, no lock on the door. There were no outlets or usb plugs to charge anything. I've been on these buses before and they've been fine. This one on particular was horrendous.

Travelled Sarajevo to Dubrovnik. Bus had the heating on in 18 degree heat until we told driver it was on then he turned it off. No toilet for 6 hours apart 1 stop. Then travelled Dubrovnik to Kotor. Bus was old and dirty and you could not see the views. Driver was grumpy and smoking constantly on Bus with window open.

Ho viaggiato da Zagabria a Mostar il 20 dicembre 2025 e al ritorno da Mostar a Zagabria il 5 gennaio 2026. I pullman molto scomodi , e al mio arrivo al Mostar mi hanno perso la valigia che gli avevo consegnato a Zagabria. I due autisti hanno detto che non e la colpa loro e sono andati via. Al ritorno pur mostrando il biglietto al autista non mi voleva far salire sul pullman ,perche non riusciva a leggere il QR code. Era un pullman a due piani dove i due autisti sulle scale hanno lasciato i due ombrelli e gli e stato chiesto gentilmente di aumentare l'aria condizionata che loro non hanno fatto.

24 Stunden Chaos und Kälte Diese Reise von Sarajevo nach Augsburg war keine Busfahrt, sondern eine organisatorische und technische Katastrophe. Geplant war eine Ankunft um 03:00 Uhr nachts – stattdessen befanden wir uns nach 24 Stunden Fahrt (um 09:30 Uhr morgens) gerade erst hinter der deutschen Grenze. Organisatorische Mängel: Von einer Reiseplanung war nichts zu spüren. Pausen wurden völlig wahllos und ohne Zeitplan durchgeführt; jeder Halt zog sich ewig in die Länge, weil niemand wusste, wann es weitergeht. Dass wir bereits beim dritten Stopp den Bus wechseln mussten, weil der erste „zu klein“ war, setzt der Planlosigkeit die Krone auf. Technische Defekte und Sicherheit: In der Nacht traten massive Probleme am Fahrzeug auf. Wir mussten gefühlt alle 5 Minuten stehen bleiben. Zu allem Überfluss wurde bei Außentemperaturen von -16 Grad die Heizung im Bus komplett abgeschaltet. Zuvor war die Temperaturregelung bereits extrem mangelhaft: Der Bus wurde zeitweise so stark aufgeheizt, dass man beim Verlassen aufgrund der extremen Temperaturunterschiede fast zwangsläufig krank werden musste. Mangelhafter Service: - Die Toilette war die gesamte Fahrt über abgesperrt. - Weder WLAN noch Steckdosen funktionierten. - Pro Koffer wurden zusätzlich zum Ticketpreis 4 € verlangt – für diesen „Service“ eine absolute Frechheit. Fazit: Kurz nach der Grenze haben wir die Fahrt abgebrochen und uns privat abholen lassen, da die Aussicht, mit einem defekten Bus und vagen Versprechungen („vielleicht bis München“) weiterzufahren, unzumutbar war. Wer Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit, Gesundheit und grundlegenden Komfort legt, sollte diesen Anbieter meiden.

Positives first, bus was on time, driver and drivers mate where friendly enough. The bad..bus was horrible inside, no seat belts, half the arm rests are broken, half the tray tables are broken or missing and the ones that somehow remain intact are dirty and probably only get cleaned a few times a year (I found an attraction ticket dated 23.9.25, our trip was 4.11.25, so the bus hasn't really been cleaned for at least 6 weeks). With every bump certain parts of the bus sound like they will rattle apart, the reading lights dont work either. It cost 4 people £135 total from dubrovnik to sarajevo, which in my opinion isn't worth it for the poor service recieved.

Con artist drive technically unreliable half broken buses. Avoid these dishonorable peasants.

This is the worst bus service we have ever been on in any country we have traveled. Dirty buses and rude drivers. Broken or no bathrooms and no announced stops for a bathroom break. No information regarding stops at the border(2) or any idea of what to expect. Charged for everything, luggage, bathroom at station and tax on tickets for purchasing them online. Filthy buses station, unfriendly and rude staff. We were treated worse than cattle. No announcements as to which bus goes where or which gate to board through. Terrible service. Fly if possible to avoid the rude and terrible service offered by this bus company. How they stay in business is only based on its the only game in town. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

First, there was no information that it was a Tour by Flixbus, so it was confusing to find the correct bus. Then, my ticket was not printed, so the driver just smiled and said "no" and was joking that I am not able to read. So I could not take the bus and had to buy a ticket for another bus at the station. Never again.
