Ovoid using this company , not sure why Flix bus uses them considering all the negative reviews Air conditioner not working properly , most likely because they don’t maintain . Very hot bus Lavatory smell throughout bus This trip Mostar to Dubrovnik wasn’t cheap , Surely they could do better !

We book this company twice. First one from sarajevo to mostar, overall that one was ok although slightly late. The second time we book globtour was from Dubrovnik to Kotor. The driver was rude and aggressive and we were 90 minutes late from the schedule arrival time.

Took the Globtour bus from Sarajevo to Split on 31/7/26, and writing this as we’re approaching Split. Bus is not in great condition. Clearly worn down, most seats aren’t functioning properly (either fully reclined or stuck in the highest position), no electricity in the plugs. Aircon is semi-functional, but half-way through our 7,5 hr trip a strong smell of urin started spreading from the onboard toilet. On the positive side, internet was working most of trip (until we reached Croatia). Timetable also seems very unrealistic, especially considering the new EU rules. The lines at the border weren’t event that bad for us, but it still looks like we will arrive an hr late.

We had to pay extra to have our luggage stowed in the bus. The trip took 5 hours instead of the advertised 2.5 hours. Border crossing took an hour, and the extra delays were the unscheduled stops, no explanation given. The driver just kept disappearing, probably to smoke, while we all had to wait in the hot bus. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, and it was a hot day, so very uncomfortable. No toilet on the bus, so the 5 hours was hard to endure for that reason too. The only upside was that the driver got us to the destination, eventually.

Could have been worse would have been much better if the staff were not so rude. And they dont open the toilot because they can not be bothered to clean the it

Took a Globtour coach from Dubrovnik to Kotor and encountered the following issues: We were assigned seats on the ticket but there were no seat numbers/reservation on board. The bus driver wanted a bar code that wasn’t provided on anything when we booked. The ticket said in small print that it must be printed (which is ridiculous in 2024 and should at the very least have been made clearer) but then it didn’t need to be printed anyway in the end. The bus took way longer than scheduled (and not because of traffic). We had to pay extra on the day to bring luggage and I don’t think there was a card reader so not sure what we’d have done if we didn’t have cash.

Arrived over 90 min late, toilet wasn't working, wifi didn't work. Driver stopped for cigarette breaks, took tiktours into small towns where no one was getting off or on and bus was full. Would have expected driver to be informed about bookings.
