Worst nightmare ever in Sarajevo bus driver was extremely agressional against us. Toke different route. They are not friendly at all I don’t know why flixbus is working with them it such a Shame for such a big company ! He was told me he wanted to kick me off When I was asking When we would arive ? I write an e-mail to the organisation. And then they told me it was delayed from the grens control… This is not an proffecional company but actually bad people such a shame for them !

DO NOT TRUST GLOBTOUR - BUS NEVER SHOWED UP AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS ASKING FOR COMPENSATION Where is my response for the complaint that I made over three months ago? I was told by their AI bot after lodging a complaint that I would be contacted within 15 days of my complaint that I sent on 27.06.26 and I have received no response even after sending multiple follow up emails. I had a bus booked from Mostar to Split through Globtour at 5pm. I arrived at 4:30pm and waited at the platform that my ticket told me to wait at until 6pm, I even tried to go to the Bus help desk but it was closed. I then went back to the help desk when it opened and the lady informed me that the bus doesn’t drive through the platform and that it had already left. I did not do anything wrong as I arrived 30 minutes prior to departure and was waiting at the correct location that was on my ticket. She said that as the ticket was booked through Omio she didn’t know to tell the bus that passengers were waiting? This is a staff error that unfortunately affected my future travels as I had accommodation booked in Split and no accommodation for a now additional night that I had to spend in Mostar. I wrote to request compensation through a full refund as the bus that I paid for did not show up as the Globtour staff did not properly do their job and check if there were passengers waiting. I also requested compensation for the accommodation that I have paid for and will not receive due to this error. I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE IN OVER THREE MONTHS SHAME ON GLOBTOUR NOT TO MENTION MY GLOBTOUR BUS FROM DUBROVNIK TO MOSTAR WAS FOUR-FIVE HOURS LATE!!! Out of pocket expense from Globtour: Original Globtour ticket to Split: 27 euro Accomodation missed 1 night in Split: 42.5 euro New ticket to Split: 25 euro Additional night of accommodation in Mostar: 20 euro

The most unfriendly bus driver. He started to push people around and was very unfriendly. Showed some hand signals towards me. He then took 20euro from me and my wife, other wise he would not allow us on bus. Please ignore this bus service at all cost. Pick anybody else.

DO NOT use this transport! DO NOT rely on their itinerary! DO NOT rely on their call centres and bots! DO NOT rely on their services. We ended up literally stranded in Capljina, needing to reschedule our bookings, which cost a further €200 for transport. But the most disappointing was the upheaval and wasted day on our travel between (Medjujorge) Capljina and Dubrovnik, when time was limited. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!

Catching bus from Kotor to Dubrovnik. Terrible experience- the bus was over 1 hour late leaving. Bus dirty and many seats broken. Bus driver incredibly rude!! So not use this bus company if you can help it.

Bus experience itself was fine, but my friend and I both had between 60-100 euros stolen from our bags by bus driver when we got off the bus at border control. Even though everyone was getting off the bus and everyone left their things, don’t be stupid like us and always keep all your belongings on you at all times !!!
