Trip was excellent !
I see many critics in evaluations. But my opinion from the company is different than yours, I am a French travaller who was in Bosnia. I ride on these autocar to go from Mostar to Dubrovnik. Autocar was really comfortable and air-conditioning was working during the trip. And I was really impressive that I not encountered any of your bad review during the trip. The driver was cool, not smoking, driving normally and made some breaks during the road. Be careful for people riding from Mostar, ask their agency point in the main station because the autocar station isn't there but a little farther than the main station.
