Satisfying experience
I bought this device prior a travel to Europe and it was a very smooth and satisfying experience, we expect to use it anywhere in the world

amazing customer service
amazing customer service! I have been followed up by Charlie and I'm very satisfied by the support and care provided. I have travelled already few countries without relying on public Wi-Fi and Sim Cards. Process to recharge is easy and fast. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED. Sometimes the plans can be expensive, but worth after all.

Great Customer Care
I have used Globlinker multiple times and in multiple countries (15 plus) flawlessly. Whenever I turn on the device, my families devices connect immediately. Their customer care has been top notch. They respond quickly and resolve any issues that arise.

Use on property due to home fire
We had a house fire and during construction, we want to have our Nest cameras set up. Luckily, since we still have some electricity on the property, I was able to place a Globlinker device. It was easy to set up and provide enough bandwidth to run the 2 cameras. No issues at all. I just need to monitor it to make sure I have enough data and re-up when needed.

I had problems buying addition 100 GB…
I had problems buying addition 100 GB after initial month of use. Customer support was exceptional. After we solved the problem, they checked back to make sure device continues to function properly. Used while traveling in November and December. Worked well and have had no other issues.

Great Service

The Globlinker experience.
I ordered this device thinking it was going to be a problem like my Ryoko, but I was in for a surprise. Right off the bat, Globlinker has done everything they say and more. I get a good enough signal that I can stream movies and still have at least three other devices at the same time. And their prices for packages are good as well.
