GloblinkerReviews of globlinker.com

I recently purchased a 4G Global Mobile WiFi from Globlinker for my trip to Japan and the service was excellent and very reliable. I went to some rural areas for day trips and never lost connectivity. On my way back to the United States I went to San Francisco and was able to use my courtesy U.S. credit which was also very reliable. On top of the excellent coverage, the Customer Service was fast and friendly. I 100% recommend Globlinker ❤️

I ordered this device for an upcoming trip in a few months. I did not realize upon activating to test it out that it would start the data (and expire in 30 days). I emailed Globlinker on Sunday afternoon and was not expecting a reply within the hour. They listened, understood my concern and fixed my problem! I tested the device by connecting it to my phone and laptop - both connected seamlessly and stayed connected while surfing and chatting. The device is very lightweight and easy to operate.

I bought Globlinker Hotspot about 10 days ago and have been testing it. I am pleasantly surprised at the download and upload speeds. The best part about it is the awesome customer support they provide after sales. They are prompt and bend over backwards to help you. They are very flexible with how you use your data and easily convert the date from one region to the other. I highly recommend Globlinker to anyone who travels a lot both domestically within USA and abroad too (by the way, having received the unit just about 10 days ago, I am yet to test it while traveling internationally but have no doubt that it will work well based on their cloud SIM technology).

Before the device, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is phenomenal, the absolute best I have ever experienced. The response time, the patience, the concern, the support is simply incredible. The device is easy to use, no glitches, no technical issues. I am impressed.

The customer service from this company is amazing. They reply to email almost instantaneously. They have been incredibly accommodating with all of my requests. The world would be a much better place if everyone treated us the way that Globlinker does. Oh, and the product is great too!

Great service

Globlinker has been incredible - the portable wifi device itself and the customer service have been exceptional. My wife and I went to Ireland for her sister's wedding and we purchased the portable wifi device so we could get internet connection on the cliffs of Moher and stream the wedding for folks back in the States. However, being the ignorant Americans that we are, we purchased data for the U.S. and not Europe. A few hours before the wedding, we realized our mistake and I emailed the Globlinker team. They responded immediately and transferred our data to be for Europe and they even threw in some extra GBs to ensure the wedding stream went off without a hitch. I'm truly impressed and grateful to the Globlinker team for saving the wedding stream and day!

I bought device and it came with 10 gb, and it lasted well beyond the 30 days. So I bought new data plan but put wrong date for starting new plan and lost balance I had. Customer support helped me right away with changing everything so I was not without the data. They were very friendly and didn’t treat as stupid for not understanding that it would take my balance away as soon as I bought new package. Love this device, I use at work as I don’t have good service there and the device works awesome. Thanks for a great product. Marlene Pelletier
