👍 Nifty device that creates a WiFi network you log into. At our home, cell service is spotty. My iPhone gets only 1 or 2 antenna bars. I have used the Globlinker WiFi device recently in Italy. I am extremely happy with it and with the service provided by this company. There were certainly a few times when the unit had no service, but these were generally in somewhat remote areas, so that did not surprise me. I did not come close to running out of power, but most days I did not need to use the Globlinker for more than several hours. Even so, if the battery display is accurate, I never got below about 75%. I also was turning the unit off when free wifi was available, so that certainly helped with battery life. The customer service pre and post purchase has been excellent. At one point it appeared the unit may not reach me in time for my trip, so the rep said I could buy one from Amazon and return the one coming directly from them if theirs did not make it in time, and of course the free data would apply. As it turns out, the unit sent directly by Globlinker did arrive with two days to spare, so I returned the unopened unit to Amazon. The rep converted my 10 gig free to 10 1 gig European plans. So I'll have some already banked for my next European trip. (Had he created one 10 gig plan, I believe it would have expired after 30 days, once started.) He also gave me 1 gig of US data so I could test the device before leaving. He also said I could convert the 2 gig US per month that will be stacking up each month into European data, at the then current conversion rate, before I go to Europe again. The website apparently can only show 10 data plans at a time. Because of this, I thought I had been shorted a single 1 gig European plan. (The site showed nine of those plans plus the single US plan.) I wrote to ask, thinking it was probably just an honest mistake. When I wrote the rep said that this was currently a limitation of their website that they will fix. I did, of course, have all ten European plans. Finally I asked if they sold any small carrying case for the device. The rep told me that they don't, but that they had one planned, and said they would send me one when they have it. I thought that was really excellent customer service! Obviously I have not used the service long enough to talk about long-term results. But honestly, if the company went out of business tomorrow I'm still ahead of the game because the money I saved not spending $12 per day (or $24 if my wife also had used it) on Verizon's international plan (the one where you only pay for any day you connect, but then pay $12 on each of those days) would have cost me more than what I spent on the Globlinker. They get a five out of five stars from me!

been using the device now for a month. used up 12 gb. i keep it by a window since my building has too much metal. even with no 5g it is plenty fast for what I am doing. I upload pics and videos to the cloud, web based programs and haven't had any lag issues even during peak times (usa). battery doesn't last all day so keep a cord nearby

To be honest I actually thought this would would be farce Like most wifi devices and plans a load of crap. How ever after researching this on Trust pilot on what users have said on here I was compelled to give this a try I ordered the Globlinker Device and it took just under a week to receive the device on the main page of the website a box pops up saying save 10% just for submitting my email address i did that and some how i got missed the 10%discount for the globlinker device I sent a message to globlinker support provided my order number later in the day i got a rely from Charlie a customer report rep Charlie gave me the discount lowering the purchase price of the globlinker device to $148.50 when the device arrives i contacted Charlie again and Charlie went all out to make sure I get the 2GB for life as well as data stacking or accumulation as advertised I tried it out and it works Great couldn't ask for any more speeds are like postpaid wireless providers Thank you very much Charlie and your colleagues as well!!!! AAAAA++++++

I kept getting targeted by Globlinker ads after searching up ads and did some research on it. I didn't expect too much from it but getting 2GB a month for free and being able to stack caught my attention. I wanted to see more reviews but didn't see two many so I tried to see if anyone on Reddit had any experience. This is what got me more comfortable to buying the product. So far, using the product, I was able to connect with no problem just by turning on the device. You could see the plan that is active on the device and also on the website. The one suggestion that I would make is to have more information on the website for the 2GB that I have banked so far. The front of the homepage also looks suspicious but I received my product no problem and customer service has always been super responsive and helpful. Overall, very happy with the product and will continue using.

So far its been great! I love the fact it will switch between carriers. I have Cricket and there is places they don't have cell coverage. I can see a tower from my office where I work and I still cant any cell service. Tower is a Verizon, I can use this hotspot and get internet! Sure is cheaper than a hotspot from a carrier. As for pulling in a call signal it seems to do as well as my phone, I do with the T8 hot spot had an external antenna, but it can be used with most cell boosters. If you needed it. Also customer service is great.

I purchased a GlobLinker a few weeks ago to use while I'm relocating to Panama next month. I'm impressed with the quality of the product but the real test is the quality and speed of the connection. I did a small test using USA data while still in the States and its impressive. What is even more impressive to me is the quality of support provided by a small company. I had expectations of responses to questions in days....I was getting responses in less than a few hours at all times of the day. Truly Amazing and makes the product an even greater value. Highly Recommended

Purchased their 4G hotspot. Great connection and plenty of free data that was included to ensure it was working. They provide excellent customer service. Very timely responses and they offer great giveaways to loyal customers.
