Hi SM, We completely understand being sceptical when researching a company online. In fact, we encourage people to ask questions and do their research before making a purchase. However, the number of reviews someone has previously written is not a reliable measure of whether they are a genuine customer. If you scroll through our Trustpilot pages, you’ll find customers with 1, 3, 4, 7, 20, 30+ reviews and many different account histories. Our reputation has been built over time through real orders, real customers and real customer-service interactions. We also take feedback seriously. As a simple example, we are responding to you just a few minutes after you posted this review. That same level of attention is what we aim to provide to every customer who contacts us. What is difficult for us to understand is the 1-star rating when the review does not describe any experience with Globlinker, no purchase, delivery, use of our device or service, or interaction with our support team.
