Customer service is great. Fast response time. Knowledgeable, friendly. The WiFi hotspot works amazing. My daily commute takes me in the middle of nowhere and I lose signal for most of the time. Now I’ve got signal for the whole drive. I highly recommend this.

Amazing and fast service. The device is a good deal with lifetime warranty and sometimes they run great promotions. The device finds the strongest network and speeds are ample for streaming and business use or browsing. You can look up the data packet prices per country but from a quick look into various countries the prices are competitive.

I've owned the GlobLinker mobile hotspot for a few weeks now and I'm so happy with my purchase. I'm a GoogleFi customer so I try to minimize network data use @ $10/GB. I rarely played streaming music in my car and I used to limit map/navigation use. That has now changed as the GlobLinker has given me new access to 2GB/month of FREE data. That would cost me $20/month using GoogleFi data. It was a no-brainer to spend $150 for a lifetime of $20/mo. savings! The device has worked flawlessly and their Customer service is exemplary!

My experience wonderful about this company i got my hotspot a few weeks ago,very fast internet i purchased for my home scurity works great without any issues, and also 5 Star customer service,they are answer fast if you have any questions device so tiny and beautiful easy to use highly recommended

Fast secure connection when abroad in Europe. Worked as if I were sitting in my home office in USA. Customer service is impeccable, quick replies and amazing service.

I just got this yesterday and tried it out today at my work where I don't get a good cell signal and the data connection is super slow; it's basically unusable at times. This hotspot works great, so much faster than my phone's data, and everything they promised was kept. I got free 10GB of data the moment I powered on the device, and after emailing them, I got the 2GB a month free data activated. On top of that, if you join their Facebook group, you get an additional one-time 4GB free. They reply to email much faster than any other company I've ever dealt with. Within 30 minutes, I had a reply. The setup was super simple and complete within minutes of powering on the device. I can't recommend this hotspot enough. I'd give it 10 stars if possible. For those who are worried about it not working if the company goes out of business, the solution to that is to spread the word on how good this little device works, and I'm sure this company will go far. As far as usability, price, and ease of use go, I'd say this hotspot is the best on the market currently.
