Update: on Feb 12, 2021 they finally sent me a copy of my commercial invoice 02 days after I asked Ebay to return the golf clubs. I can complete customs documentation now, but still I don't get it why they wont send me the invoice in the first place. 1 star for GlobalGolf's customer service. --------------------- I purchased used golf clubs from their store on eBay on 24 Jan 2021 and they shipped the goods without a commercial invoice which is neccessary to complete customs declaration before I can get the goods from Fedex. I first emailed them on 1 Feb 2021 to request for my commercial invoice but received very generic feedback. After week with numerous emails they told me they sent the invoice to Fedex's email address but never forward me a copy. Fedex staff in my country said they received nothing. Till now I haven't received the golf clubs I paid for and Fedex is about to return the goods due to non-receipt of commercial invoice. Really a nightmare. ordered in november, told to expect shipment in 2 weeks. no product shipped for more than 2 months. inquired and was told to expect shipment from unit manufacturer. 2.5 months later i get an email telling me the product is discontinued... never ordering anything from them again and would caution anyone else thinking of ordering to seriously consider alternatives

Placed an order 29/11/2020. No product delivered despite frequent requests for updates. Eventually claimed through PayPal for a refund. They almost immediately validated my claim. Don't touch this company!

Customer service does not answer even a simple question about how and where to return a club that is within warranty period. Automatic replies assigns case numbers but nothing happens. Nightmare

Probably the worst customer service of any company that I have dealt with this past year. Ordered an item on 12/11 with a delivery time of 4 to 9 days. On 1/15, the item still has not shipped, and customer service did not follow through on requested information. 4 phone calls later.... a promise that the item will ship today. We shall see. What they did manage to do in a timely fashion was to charge my account. No accommodations, no discount, no apology. No future purchases from me....

Club in great condition, arrived within 10 days to Ireland.

Terrible. Ordered a set of golfballs. Its has been longer than 1 month and they still have not arrived with no delivery date in sight. They are no longer replying to my emails. Avoid at all cost.

Shocking service. I ordered a head cover almost a month ago and was told it will be delivered in 5-10 days. It has still not arrived and no one has contacted me with any updates on why it’s been delayed. I am quite confident at this point I will not be receiving my item and probably won’t get a refund. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company.
