First they sent the wrong items. Wrong color and did not include head over. Which the ad showed the headcover. They wanted to Sell me on $30 !! The very Limited customer service person was rude They said “ very good condition “ means it doesn’t include headcover “ Which is kinda bs. Who would know that outside of GG? And the ad showed the headcover. Could t get anyone to help me Fix the problem. So I just returned it. Have not received any $ credit for it still and it was received a week ago. 🤬

Bait and switch promotions. Always says “up to 40% off”, then all you get is 10% off. There isn’t ever anything for 40% off. They lie, and bait you in.

I ordered a new 56 & 60 degree Calloway wedge RH and received LH. I called and received the return docs and they shipped new 56&60. The 56 showed up today and no 60. I called and was advised it's shipping from Calloway. This was after I was advised the items were in stock. ......

I ordered some used irons and got them quickly. Then I ordered a matching used driver on 8/9/25. It took 2 days for this to get to FedEx in Raleigh NC for free shipping. That is when the nightmare began. The package stayed in NC for 10 days before limping to WV, OH, IN etc. I wanted this driver for an incoming golf trip a called and emailed GlobalGolf numerous times about my deadline. All I got was promises to contact FedEx which never materialized. I left on my trip 8/24/25, 15 days after my order and apparently the package was delivered on 8/26/25. I say apparently, because I am not at home and have no idea if it will still be there when I return in several days. I tried to contact FedEx many times but it is almost impossible for a recipient to talk to a human. I received emails from them that delivery was scheduled for 8/16/25 and 8/22/25, without receiving the package. I asked GlobalGolf to contact and return the package to their store but they did NOTHING! I personally will never use Global Golf again because of their terrible customer service and am hoping that my driver will still be at my home when I return from my (new driverless) golf trip.

Placed an order and tried to cancel it. They said the next day it’s not possible to cancel so I made arrangements to make the order work for myself. Two days later they say it’s been cancelled and refunded and I would have to place another order

A lot of bad luck, but so much makes me wonder if it was bad luck or used car sales tactics. First I ordered a club and didn't notice -0.75. Actually i may have seen it, but there is a lot of vague information, and it didn't register in my head that -0.75 mean the shaft was 3/4 in. shorter than standard. So - I had 90 days to return it so I started a return. I knew there was going to be $9.99 deducted for return shipping, but full refund apparently doesn't include the full cost of my purchase. My refund amount was $23 less than the purchase price. So immediately I lost $13. Then the discounts from the time of my previous purchase disappeared adding another $15 to the replacement cost. NOTE: the refund is not a refund. It's a store credit which means I had to buy from them again or forfeit the $99.98 store credit/refund. I bought the exact same club (with a standard length shaft. This time it was $15 more since the promotional discount had gone away. Also I wanted a jumbo grip which was another $13 lost, since I had already paid for it on the previous club. So All Tolled, it cost me $50 to return the short club for a standard length club of the same brand and model. Oh - and to add insult to injury, I had to use the "so called" reward points (another $15 that is used as a ploy to get you to purchase again) So counting that loss, it was actually $65 I lost because they couldn't (or deliberately didn't) add two letters to the -0.75 "in" on the line that said shaft. This has obviously left a scar that will remind me never to deal with Global Golf again. You may wonder why I gave them two stars. Well, if everything had been right on the first order, it actually arrived early, which might have resulted in a five star review.

Ordered club and paid extra for FedEx shipping to arrive today, 7/21.. all updates said delivery today, 7/21. Now, at 9:15PM on 7/21 I get notice pending delivery; no info when delivery might occur.. Have ordered clubs from Global before with no issues..not sure if it’s FedEx or Global but don’t charge me extra if it’s going to take a week to deliver.. be upfront on delivery schedule or get a new vendor… Update 7/22.. still delivery pending at 7:15pm.. delivery “delayed” per FedEx.. hopefully get tomorrow.. Update 7/22 at 8:45 PM.. FedEx advises delivery delayed due to “operational issues “ Give me a break.. if I could cancel this I would.. give it another day.. would give Global / FedEx zero stars If possible.. Update at 9:03PM.. unable to leave “contact us “ message on Global site.. “invalid characters/ exceeds xx characters. Now 8:15pm on Saturday 7/23.. no delivery yet FedEx states delivery by end of day.. Now “transferred to FedEx ground”.. Will initiate cancel order with my credit card company on Monday for failure to receive product as promised.. will no longer purchase anything golf related online except through Amazon or the manufacturer directly.. not worth the aggravation.. Finally on 7/25 at 5:00PM my club was delivered. Finally able to speak earlier today with CSR at Global. Very helpful and issued credit for shipping charge. FedEx customer service is useless.. unable to speak with a real person. My guess is that this incident more of a FedEx issue but not for me to figure out. Condition of club is excellent, as advertised.

Used to buy from them all the time but recently had issues with fedex/customs charge on an international order, - zero customer service help to resolve it . Won't buy from them again.
