The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I can’t give zero. The website is designed to make you believe you are making a purchase in the UK, you pay in sterling. When your item turns up so does the bill for your import taxes. Overall makes the product expensive. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere!

Do not use this company! They will lie to you about it axes being included and smooth door to door. I spent 3000 dollars and still don’t have my clubs that I paid for. They are sitting in customs at Cancun and I need to pay another 600 dollars for a customers clearance company! Prior to the purchase I called global golf and was told that 100% all taxes are included and that it will be smooth door to door and not to worry. When I emailed them for assistance that my equipment didn’t arrive their answer was simple. We can not assist, call fed ex and thank you. Disgusting customer support. Do not use this company

Don't use this website. Wish i'd read these reviews first. Order was missing items, I had to chase them up... offered me a $20 refund which wouldn't have covered the cost of the missing item from their store! Very poor. Do NOT use this website to order anything!

Like several other buyers I purchased clubs from this company over the internet. Prices are in Stirling. But to my horror I received a text from Fed X saying my clubs are in the uk. And I need to pay £130.42 inport tax. This was on a order of £344.00.That’s a 38% increase in price. Fill like I’ve been scammed. Rang Global golf to see if I could return the order. To be told I would have to pay import tax back in the US. Clubs are fine but a lot more expensive than I thought.

I have just been stung almost £100 UK import tax on Callaway Rogue Driver......As they say... if price looks too good.. Suffice to say I will not use this site again. Would have been cheaper to use my pro shop. You have been warned!!

As a UK shopper I had the misfortune to purchase a golf club from Global Golf. It was not at all obvious this is a US based business and that the clubs would have to ship from the US. All prices were in £ GBP and even the checkout let me pay for next day delivery to a UK address. After 3 days when the club hadn't arrived I contacted them to be told "we're in the US, we don't do next day delivery to the UK, what do you expect!" In the end it took 9 days to receive the club despite paying £30 for the delivery 'next day', and it incurred a further customs charge! Customer service were totally unhelpful, essentially suggesting I was stupid and refusing to acknowledge they didn't make it clear the shipping would be international. I strongly suggest you avoid Global Golf at all costs, and there are plenty of similar reviews elsewhere online.
