This was an awful shopping experience. In mid Oct 2020, I ordered a pair of golf shoes for my wife. Shoes were in stock and indicated to ship out by end of Oct. In early Nov, I checked my order on the website. Still indicated they were to ship by end of Oct. Never rec'd any updates from the GlobalGolf about my order. Finally, this week (early Dec), I called the company about the order. Was told they would need to check with distributor. Rec'd email the next day informing me that the item was out of stock. Not sure if, or when, I would have been contacted about my order. Called the following day to get a refund on the order. The individual I spoke to informed me the faster way to issue the refund was through PayPal. I rec'd the refund later that day, but total refund amount was less $1.99 for PayPal fee. Will never order from this company again. Worst online shopping experience I have had in quite a while!

They advertised clubs that they did not have, sent me the wrong clubs, and then were willing to do absolutely nothing to compensate for their mistake.

Excellent value and very quick shipping! I ordered a a Cobra King F9 Speedback Driver with a brand new custom grip and nice aftermarket shaft. It was marked as "Value" meaning it would have some scuffs on it and the video they have makes it seem like someone was smacking a way with it or using it to move gravel. Anyway for the price with shipping and the potential cost of customs tax/excise duty it was still a bargain and potential savings of between €150-200. So I said it was worth a shot. Delivery time was listed at 15-25 days, and highlighted it might take longer as it needed to be regripped. I live in Ireland, I ordered on Tuesday 29th of September, club was delivered on Monday 5th of October (I went with the cheapest international shipping option) and NO customs chargers! The club looks like it was used by a pro who loved the club for I'd say 1 round. There's a black "rubber" looking line on the yellow, which I managed to wipe off with some elbow grease. I was going to buy a worse looking version from a stranger on eBay with a "no returns" policy for €130 more. Thankfully I didn't. What a bargain. Can't wait to now order again I need so new wedges and a new putter.

Very poor customer service: Ordered a standard set of irons and selected express international shipping. Order confirmation stated 5 to 8 days to receive shipment. Contacted customer service by email after 11 days and got an auto response. On day 12, phoned customer service and was told that it was a drop shipment by the manufacturer and that I should have read their website and understood the shipping time. They’ve provided no updates and take no responsibility for delays, so I cancelled my order. I do not recommend GlobalGolf.com, and certainly don’t need to be told I should have read the fine print on their website.

I ordered a pre owned hybride on Monday to my house in Germany and it arrived on Friday. Great service and super fast!

I purchased a used driver on a Wednesday and it arrived in great shape on the Saturday morning. This was regular shipping. Very happy with the service!

I ordered a golf club set. Transfered money. They promised deliver the clubs within a week. When they were not delivered I started to write them. They replied thad due to covid, there might be delivery delays. After a week it still was not delivered and continued to write to them, when after another week they finaly addmitted that they do not sell such clubs anymore....

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Scammers, stay away from this web site, They advertise merchandise they don,t have, you buy it online, they confirm your order, send you confirmation and a delivery date,,, delivery date comes and goes with nothing being delivered,, you start inquiring with the company,, and all of a sudden they say the item was not available in the first place but for your inconvenience they give you 40 bucks off your next purchase which they will e-mail to me( still waiting on my 40 dollar voucher)typical switch and bait scam!!
