Did a taylormade trade in. They lied about cost, I submitted a complete custom set they mis-judged. They played stupid and pointed fingers instead of dealing with the issue

BE AWARE this website is a SCAM. I reached out to customer service regarding my cracked driver after about 1-2 months (with less than 10 times use my driver head is broken), to which customer service said “if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you can return it within 90 days”. I shipped the driver and driver was returned to me with customer service again saying we are unable to provide refund due to the condition of the driver. I already explained to them the condition of the driver in the first place and now after paying for shipping and boxing they refused a refund. What a total SCAM!

First they sent the wrong items. Wrong color and did not include head over. Which the ad showed the headcover. They wanted to Sell me on $30 !! The very Limited customer service person was rude They said “ very good condition “ means it doesn’t include headcover “ Which is kinda bs. Who would know that outside of GG? And the ad showed the headcover. Could t get anyone to help me Fix the problem. So I just returned it. Have not received any $ credit for it still and it was received a week ago. 🤬

Clubs are buffed to look better than they are! Dont give refunds only credits to buy more junk.

Don't waste your time. Years ago I ordered some stuff from global golf and the transition was easy. But now they put deals that are turn good to be true and then tell you something is discontinued and then you waste your time and money and don't offer you anything else pr try to replace it with something similar Oh and then they don't refund your money the same day. Crazy

I lost about $20 in unreturned shipping costs for having to return a shipment of INCORRECT product that they wouldn't cancel even though the order had not been shipped. There are many choices out there for our golf needs. I will choose a different company for my needs going forward. Many companies still provide great communications and customer service. Global Golf is NOT one of them.

Bought an iron set rated "Very Good," but every single club arrived with structural dents on the sole and leading edge. Customer service completely refused to acknowledge the discrepancy even after receiving clear photos, denying any partial refund or credit adjustment. If you buy from here, expect their condition guidelines to be completely ignored and customer support to be entirely unhelpful. Also, their return policy only gives gift cards, no refunds, so you are forced to use the sunk cost towards another sub-par purchase.

Multiple purchases using a gift card. Customer service is horrible. Ordered an in stock putter under the assumption per their website that it would be shipped the next business day. It's been over a week and no shipping. Spoke with customer service today and they assured me they would get it out and provide tracking. The other purchase was for a new TItliest GTS2 fairway which I preordered on June 1. It was supposed to be in stock and available on June 11th. I was just informed that it will ship from the Titleist in July. I could walk into a local shop and buy both today. They are a total joke and once these transactions are done they will never see a penny from me.
