GlobalGolfReviews of globalgolf.com

Mad as hell, paid for next day shipping and see it was only collected today when it should be delivered today. How crooked is it to make people pay for next day shipping and when your asked why you blame Covid. Stop blaming Covid, own up and be a responsible company.

I'm a new golfer and just got my new starter LH set of clubs in the 4 days that they said and it all went seem lessly. Thank you global golf I will spread the news and plan on doing business with you guys in the future

Excellent quality, great customer service, fast response time and an international delivery received faster than many orders placed with Aussie companies. Based on my experience I will be a repeat customer.

I’ve purchased a number of clubs from Global Golf Canada over the past few years. When I’ve had to deal with customer service, generally it’s been a positive experience with an adequate solution to the problem. On Jan 12/22, I spoke with “Tony” in order to obtain a club head cover that was promised with a certified preowned fairway wood that was not in the box when it arrived. (second time in recent orders). He was disinterested, attempted to explain the incident away, and was vague in the solution. He said that he would arrange for one to be couriered within several days. On Jan 26/22 I called back and learned that “Tony” had not processed the order. Normally, the customer service reps are great - not this time. It’s likely the last time I order anything from Global Golf Canada. Thanks “Tony”. Golf Town preowned has always delivered on their orders and their promises.

I am feeling very ripped off with my trade in. Had to pay them to give back my clubs. I would not send them clubs again.

Totally agree with the bad reviews! I cancelled my order for a golf bag. Customer service replied refund should go through soon!’ Well hopefully my credit card company is able to get my payment back

Dishonest and terrible customer service. I would not spend a dime at Global Golf Canada. Trade in bonuses are misleading and discounts exclude anything good. Check out Golf Avenue if your looking for golf clubs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for a new set of irons in April. The expected shippind date of May came and went. I emailed and called multiple times (they never reached out with updates), and was told multiple times it will be a week this, a week that. It is not August and the latest update is that I will not be getting them until November. I live in Minneapolis, and an entire golf seaon is gone. I understand there are things out of their control, but I have never experienced such a lack of responsibility and customer service from a company in any field.
