Problems with the delivery, but they helped me afterwards.

Just received my order after a long waiting time. Unable to use. Contacted customer service and was told to send them my prescription. If they made it wrong then they will issue RMA.??? I am taking this glass to my eye doctor for examination and then forward them the result. The frame sure looks not as quality as expected, but it is secondary to me and functionality is more important.

My eyeglasses arrived today 9/10/12, I ordered them on 8/9/12. The 1st delay was a question about my prescription, although they have it on file & have made me several pairs with the same prescription. Also, they waited until I emailed them to tell me what the problem was, instead of emailing me right away with the question. I love my glasses & the people responding to my emails were very prompt and helpful.

Purchased a pair of sunglasses and single vision glasses and am pleased. They exceeded my expectations. It is nice to be able to order an extra pair of glasses that I can afford.

I received my order # 100007061 last week. I emailed you but have not got a response. The one pair was marked for reading and one pair for distance. I can not get up and walk with the reading pair and can not see 3 feet in front of me with the distance pair on. I don't know if I mis marked them or what but I'm thinking I need a bi focal. Can anyone help as theses glasses don't work for me at all. Thanks Sandy

Good glasses, great price. Lots of chances to give feedback. I have used them several times, for several pairs, including sunglasses.

I placed my order in June. In two weeks, I received a package. One pair had a defect. It took me almost a month to negotiate exchange, and another month and a half to get my glasses. My emails were answered in two or three days. I would not recommend this service to anybody who needs glasses soon.
