When the glasses arrived... after 3-1/2 weeks, the frames did not look like what I thought I had ordered. I thought it was possible that I had made a mistake in placing my order so I tried to find the frames online again. It was impossible to navigate the web-site and find the frames I thought I'd ordered. I could find nothing on the invoice that was useful in finding the frames on their website. I most likely will not recommend this company or use them again. Next time I'll buy American!! Shame on me for thinking I would get a quality product for such a low cost... As they say, you get what you pay for!!

This was my second order with GlobalEyeglasses. I chose them over other online companies because of the large selection of frames available for bifocals and progressives, although the prices weren't the cheapest of the 4 or 5 companies I compared. I read some really bad reviews of the company after my first order and had second thoughts, but the two pairs of glasses with progressive lenses were absolutely great. The $19 frames are good quality, and the lenses are fine - and I never tried progressives before this! The second order was for regular bifocals with transitional lenses. Again, I couldn't be more pleased. They're perfect. Shipping is a bit slow but not a problem. The website needs some work - it's not the slickest one I've used. Many of the frame reviews I've seen aren't for the pictured frames. In general, the descriptions and reviews on the website are worded a little strangely, as if they're written or translated by someone for whom English is a second language. But again, not a problem. I plan to order two more pairs of glasses, and I'll be back the next time I need more.

I received sunglasses with prescription, but there was too much glue on the frame so returned it and asked for another one for replacement. It took me three months to resolve and still haven't got my glasses yet. They gave the tracking number but don't see that it is enroute.

I had my doubts about Gobal Eyeglasses just because I was my first time ordering precription glasses on-line, but as soon as I got my hands on my new glasses ALL doubt was blown away. I love my new glasses and I can't stop wearing them, their AWESOME!

I ordered a pair of glasses, the lenses I chose were to small for a progressive prescription I received an email stating as such then before I could respond they were shipped. Needless to say I had to return them it cost ME $20 for shipping. Reordered glasses, they were sent DHL, not priority post, they are now sitting in Heathrow airport. I started this whole process in May it is now the end of August still no glasses, Am I happy, NOT, will I use or recommend this company, NEVER!!!!

Global Eyeglasses makes it easy to find a pair of glasses that look good at great prices. The vitual try on makes it easy to find a pair I like. I appreciate that I can track the progress of the glasses on line. I have purchases several pair for me & my son & have always been happy with each purchase.
