We purchased the R811 Pro Video Doorbell last December. Installation was a breeze, with no issues cropping up. We have tried various features on the camera and are pleased with how we interact with those at the door when we are not home. Being able to tell a delivery person where to leave a package or to say to others to return at a specified time simplifies our daily activities. I recommend this product to those I know and those who read this review. Enjoy.

I own the 360 doorbell on front door, and the new R811 on back porch. the R811 is impressive and work fine. I also own a solar dome camera covering the back yard. Botslab has an excellent support

I have an outdoor camera and a 360 S50 robot vacuum cleaner. Both are excellent devices, from the quality of the materials, to the intuitive interface, but above all, what has amazed me is the after-sales support service, something I've seen from very few sellers in the world. Keep it up!!!

We are very happy with our Botslab robot vacuum. It maps the house very well and the app is easy to use - it even integrated with Google Home so we can ask Google to set it off cleaning. It does a great job as a vacuum and can also mop floors. Cleaning the brushes is easy as they can be unclipped to remove hair, etc. Good product that has been working very well since we got it.

I have really learned to trust the equipment that I have gotten from Botslab! They are great quality and the video comes out very clear!

Excellent camera with clear pictures and videos. The indoor cam tracks motion movement and takes pictures of unknown faces. It’s AI incorporated which makes a must have smart indoor cam. The Botslab products are generally excellent.
