I own several products from Botslab over the past 5 years mostly security related items from video doorbell to dash cams. I have encountered issues with product setup and settings on several newer products. I was able to get help from the support team quickly to escalate my concern to a high level review to resolve the issue. Customer support has been helpful and product quality have passed with the test of time for this brand.

Loving my Botslab products. I have a vacuum, an indoor camera and doorbell camera. All have been amazing. Have great features too. Love that I can schedule my vacuum to go off when I want it to and not have to worry about it. Just need to make sure floor is clear of junk (thanks to kids haha). The double clean feature ensures nothing is left behind.
