I bought these doorbells when I was building my home and some how lost the backs to install them. I contacted the company and asked if I could purchase new backings. In 4 days I received them at no charge. That is customer service. These doorbells are excellent quality and very easy to install. I would highly recommend this product.

Custom services made my experience pretty good, Only 4 stars because when you get something new you're excited,but when you open the box and the SD card is missing and can't use the product right away it's saddening, But the quick response from customer service and handling the problem within a few emails made me satisfied

Great ring cam..works as expected and at a fair price. Only problem I have is when deleting from the "local" file, there is no option to delete "all". Have to delete one by one. Overall, I would definitely recommend the bots lab ring camera.
