I bought this Botslab doorbell through…
I bought this Botslab doorbell through amazon, the camera when working was a clear picture with good sound. The App is glitchy. Unfortunately during charging I had some issues. Got in touch with Botslab through the website chat directly, a lovely lady called Kelly talked me through various steps to check what was wrong, then offered to send a replacement. Kelly was absolutely brilliant. Very polite, professional and helped me all the way. Great product Fantastic Customer Service
