The glasses came in as I ordered. The fit was great and the RX was also correct. They even emailed me when I submitted my order and let me know that I had entered my RX wrong. They could have just went with what I ordered and I would have been screwed! Only thing to remember is your glasses are coming from China so don't expect a real quick turn around even with expedited shipping.

I have been a customer of GlassesShop since 2013,never a problem,recently i ordered 2 pairs of glasses, i were not pleased with one of them,i contacted GlassesShop they took car of the problem in a short period of time.

ordered two pair of glasses. have had them for around a month. ordered no line bifocals. there is a problem with the bifocal not going to the bottom of the glasses and the bifocal area is very small. have to adjust glasses to get the bifocal in focus. have previously used glassesshop several times with no problems. not sure what happened this time. 2/18/21 glassesshop contacted me within a few days apologizing for the problem. sent a copy of the prescription, same as order info, & they are sending another set of glasses. have not received the new glasses as yet. will update at future date.

My beautiful dalmatian puppy ate my $450 prescription sunglasses. My heart shattered, they were a design I could never replace. Alas, I found frames with the same design, different color. Those broke,found a final frame with yet a different color. She ate both of those, too So I'm at a loss. In particular about my sunglasses. I like a retro design with a little pizzazz, I couldn't find anything. Until I came to this site. I was able to find not one but two pairs that I love!!!! Now the question is, which ones do I wear 🤷

My wife did not like it, i wanted to return, the customer server call always goes to Msg box and they do NOT return the call. Super bad customer service. I emailed them, reply not good enough to return, 4 emails back. no reply. i am going back to zennioptical.com

this is the absolute worst company ever... i paid extra for quicker shipping didnt get them in that time frame .... then they werent right sent back took a month for a refund with threats of a lawyer.. run from this place use zenni optical instead trust me oh then they put the deposit on my bank account then removed it i had to fight these people!!!! please dont waste your money and i bet they dont publish this review

Quick and easy...... I needed to replace the glasses that had broken, obviously, being progressive lenses they needed to be replaced immediately. Purchasing progressive lens usually takes about 3 weeks from competitor , in the past. I am not only pleased for the quick response and delivery, I am very pleased with the results. Best pair , yet. I will definitely return to this website for more.

The glasses were beautiful. Unfortunately they screwed up my script and the lenses are worthless to me... spent all that money and i can not use a single pair... I will stick with zenni!
