DO NOT BUY, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! I bought second pair of $200 transitions lens glasses I bought from them. I kept them in a cool, indoor, climate controlled environment for a few months after buying because I wore the first pair. I contacted them about blurriness and the lines you can see in the video I can't post here but have on other review sites and they told me to get lost they only give 30 days on lenses and proceeding to blame me stating that I needed to take better care of them! I don't know how much better care I can give than keeping them in their original container wrapped in soft cloth inside my house until the day I tried to actually use them!

Lydia glasses are cheap looking. You wait hours for customer service. Other companies that sell progressive readers are customer friendly. This company is not customer friendly. I'm sure this review will be scrubbed. I do have one point and it only cost me around 40 $$$. BTW this is a genuine order.

This place will advertise try before you buy. And if your glasses don't fit and you have to return them, they will keep half your money and take the product back. So just be aware that if your glasses don't fit or there's any issues with them? You donating money to this company. Thats a total scam. They should return all of your money and they make you pay shipping to return them. I wouldn't buy from a company that Advertised try before you buy? Then takes half your money and product back? Why do they take a consumers money? Scam. There's no try before you buy. There's take and return.

There is no prescription on these glasses. I should have bi-focals on the bottom for reading. I can see no better with these glasses than if I were wearing none. It's all a blur. Why was I asked to include the Rx numbers if they were not going to be adhered to?

Mediocre customer service, company feels like a scam. Only offering a 50% discount for returns (even if they are unworn, untouched, in perfect condition), not even providing a return label, and taking out shipping costs from refund feels insulting and scummy. Will not go back to this company, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Best to save your money and purchase with another brand, as their competitors offer better deals, kinder customer service, and allow full refunds despite it being a customized item. Just unprofessional feeling overall.

Súper cheap. The glasses didn’t even look like the picture and to make it worse the nose pads on the metal frame where attached visibly unevenly making the glasses fit crooked. So disappointed.

My Glasses came and I couldn't see! They were completely wrong! I called and was on hold for 20 minutes before a message said leave a number and they will call me back. Three days so far and no call back! I emailed the twice this morning. So far no response. Very disappointed. Buyer beware!!

The glasses I ordered were not wearable--the prescription was totally off and over magnified. I checked my order and had entered it correctly. I reached out and they agreed to make them again. Second pair arrived and they had the same problem. I have 4 other pairs of glasses from another company with the same prescription that are fine so why can't glassesshop make them correctly? Waste of $100.
