Ordered exact same glasses that I got from MyEyeDr in January. Cost $1,000 with examination. Took 17 days to get them. The same glasses with same prescription cost $222 with express shipping and only took 8 days total. I will order again from Glassesshop without hesitation. Extremely great quality and fast shipping using UPS from China.

Upset that i paid for expedited shipping, 4-8 days , and it took 11 days. Could at least refund shipping costs.

GOOD QUALITY GLASSES AND SHIPPED IN A TIMELY MATTER.

I cannot see through the glasses I was sent. I don't know why this is, but I am not able to get in contact with live customer service. All responses to my chat attempts are responded to HOURS later and I receive e-mails documenting them. They are basically ignoring me when I ask for return label or address info and I have called their 800 # at all times of the day and night and always receive an answering machine after a few minutes of holding. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a website like this one and I will not be shopping here again or recommending to anyone I know. In fact, I'll be telling people NOT to shop here. It's almost like these guys are just trying to drag out the time until they say it's too late to return. I spent $150 on these glasses. I am extremely disappointed, and at this point, pretty pissed. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I love glasses shop. I cannot afford to pay for the local glasses store products, so I purchase my glasses through Glassesshop. They have all the current styles, and when I buy I get the bogo. So then I have a pair for fun outside ( transitions) and one to dress up and go to dinner. Plus they give you points that will turn into a discount on your next pair.

I bought a pair of glasses with progressive lenses. The lens for my left eye was so badly manufactured that I only saw severely distorted images. Then I got the run around: asking for a scanned copy of my eye Doctor's prescription. I sent it -- NO RESPONSE. Their request implied that I must have made an error! I have ordered online glasses from several companies over many years and NEVER had a problem, until now.
