DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They got my script wrong. HORRIBLE (actually no) customer service. You can only leave a voice message for them and they don't return calls. Did not return my many emails until I wrote from my corporate email. They will not let me return for refund or credit!!!!! Reported them to Michigan Atty General Consumer Fraud. Response is the customer service line doesn’t answer calls on weekends. I wouldn’t and didn’t call at anytime outside of standard business hours. You answer emails within 36 hours? Another example of your stellar customer service. You’re a bunch of clowns. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I was nervous at first about measuring for my glasses but the instructions were easy to follow and I saved several hundred dollars in a pair of glasses that are a perfect fit and look great!

I've tried many different online glasses stores and GlassesShop.com was the only one to get the prescription right EVERY TIME! Great prices on glasses! Great customer service! The only downside is that it takes a few weeks to be delivered.

Horrible Experience. My prescription was wrong. I called the customer service number several times and left messages that were never returned. I was eventually email and advised to return the glasses with no return address given. No return address appears on the website. Horrible. Please do not waste time on this site.
