Having the 150 power readers included…
Having the 150 power readers included in the glasses was what I wanted. However, I was under the impression that the lenses were going to be polarized. I'm not very happy with the product. Mark Brown

Glassespros is the worst eyewear company I have ever encountered
Glassespros has officially been renamed GLASSES - NOs! After waiting for THREE months for my glasses order to be delivered, I had to return the frames (they don't allow returns on lenses) at my cost that Glassespros then failed to retrieve even after I called them MULTIPLE TIMES on over ANOTHER THREE MONTHS, so the glasses were returned to me today. Don't waste your time with this company, unless you love not receiving your product and not receiving any customer service if you need to follow up. They're truly the worst eyewear company I have ever had the displeasure to encounter!

I placed my order over four months ago and still no glasses
I ordered my glasses on February 9, 2022. It is now June 10, 2022 and I still have not received my glasses. By the time I get these glasses—if ever—my prescription will have changed!

I wish I could give zero stars.
I wish I could give zero stars. Be careful. They put wrong prescriptions in glasses and then won’t respond for weeks. 5 day return policy so by that point you are screwed (especially if they are kids glasses like mine and they don’t verbalize an issue). Lots of great online companies to buy glasses but this isn’t one. And yes I tried to solve this issue with them without blasting awful reviews.

got a order 11 yr old broke both pair …
got a order 11 yr old broke both pair blue and brown so i re ordered a duplicate order first off they were no where near the 14 days more like 30 days then when i told them just cancel the order they sent me a tracking number we get the glasses both pair are brown no blue i complain get no where with them never do they own there mistake they blame me HOW THE HECK YOU BLAME ME WHEN I PRESSED THE REODER BUTTON I DID NOT PICK ANY THING I REOREDRD MY FIRST ORDER THAT WAS BLUE AND BROWN then computer generated reply's
