Avoid this place at all costs!!!! Don't be deceived by their cheap prices! Save yourself the hassle and buy your glasses from a more reputable company. Shipping is ridiculously slow, and the return process is a nightmare. I missed the 5-day return window because I was away, and now I'm stuck with an unopened box of glasses that GlassesPros refuses to take back. In this day and age, that's simply unacceptable. STAY AWAY!!! Replying to the seller's comment: As anyone can see, their customer service only kicks in when you’re forced to complain publicly. Thanks, but no thanks. I will steer clear of this place and make sure to warn everyone I know to do the same. Remember, chasing low prices here will only lead to frustration and headaches.

DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star. I have been waiting over a year, yes, A YEAR for them to ship glasses for my 4 year old son. Excuse after excuse and now they won’t even respond to my inquiries of the status. They were super nice and helpful the day that I placed the order and they asked me to leave a 5 star review, which I did. That was stupid on my part because I have never experienced anything like this before and honestly still can’t believe that they operate a business like that. So, I paid for them upfront and never received the 2nd pair of glasses. They refuse to acknowledge my request for a refund also. I have screenshots of all email correspondence that I can post if anyone wants to see proof. I wouldn’t believe that someone could still be waiting on an order placed on May 22, 2023 either. Ridiculous

I ordered two pairs of glasses about a year ago. They had promotion bogo 50% off. I noticed one of my frames had a slight crack on the temple arm. I reported the crack to glassespros customer service. They sent me a replacement temple right away but it was scratched. I informed them of the issue and they sent me a new temple arm. The new temple arm was not a good fit on my frames. It would not open up all the way because it had a manufacturing flaw. I reported this to customer service and they told me I already received two replacement arms so they couldn't do anymore for me. They didn't care that neither replacement was satisfactory. They basically told me to pay for assistance at my local optician even though it was under their warranty period still. I was not happy about their lack of customer service with my issue. I will not recommend this seller to anyone. They are not reputable and they don't deserve to be in business.

Haven’t received them yet. I don’t even know how to track them. No updates…

Very slow in processing orders. Do not update you on the status of your order.

Came in broken and canceled an order but there was no point in doing that. Terrible service, and no contact back.

Still no glasses. Not sure if I have been scammed. Emails unanswered. BBW
