TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Don’t trust the review you see on the website. All fake reviews! As a customer who just recently bought 2 pairs of glasses there... I wanted to make a complaint and review but couldn’t. I ordered 2 of the EXACT same pair of glasses in rose/gold back in August 11, just got it and CRAP! They are suck! Only 1 pair came rose/gold, the other one came purplish/silver.... the colours definitely are not the same... and worse the rose/gold one has greenish mold in them...I will take me longer than 5 days to return it so I will not get a full refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I WISH I HAD SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I strongly disagree with all the bad reviews on GlassesPros. I gave them a 5 star because I bought some beautiful Tura glass frames, that other company's had for double and triple the price. I received them in 14 days. If you call to check on the status of your order, you will get someone on the line to speak to and they did tell me that it takes 8-12 because they order from the manufactures and they have to receive them and then ship to us. They came with the Tura case & cloth as well, They were shipped from Victoria BC, so considering that, I think that was amazing. Thank you GlassesPros.

One of the worse online eyeglasses experience ever. I mailed my brand new $200 frames to their shipping address (Canada). It took them 2 months to notify me there was an issue with the lens manufacturer (keep in mind i was calling them once a week). I kept getting the "lens is being made by manufacturer" speech every time. Customer service is outsourced and not helpful. At the end of the day, it's almost 3 months and no lenses and they still have my frames. Sham website.

I ordered lenses on May 31. I was requested to send my frame is worth $200 to a Post Office Box in Washington. I was told the order would take about three weeks to turn around and as of this writing I have nothing to show for the $456 I spent. I called several times and receive no adequate answers, called and requested supervisors and will put on hold for over an hour. I did speak to one supervisor two weeks ago named Kyle and was told the order would be shipped within two weeks. Today the order has still not been completed. I am unable to get a supervisor on the phone nor an adequate explanation. The person I spoke to today indicated they were refunding my money and I asked them about my frames and they told me when they were received they would return them. This is another conflicting message because I have been told for the last six weeks that the frames are in transit from Washington to Canada. I do not believe this.

Pretty much the worst experience ever. I'd tell you that I got my glasses so it all worked out, but 2 months later, still waiting.

Horrible experience with the company. I was quoted a 2 week turnaround when I placed my order. At the 2 week mark I called and was told my frames were delayed. At the 3 week mark I was told there were delays in the etching lab. At the 4 week mark I was told my glasses are ready and given a tracking number. The item never moved past pre-shipment for 5 days. I called again to see what was up. This time I was lied to repeatedly by customer service. At that point I requested to cancel. I also asked to speak to a manager and was told I would be given a call back. When I didn’t receive the call back, I initiated a chargeback with my CC company. 3 days later, the tracking moved and eventually the glasses arrived, after about 5 1/2 weeks. After all that, the prescription was very wrong! I have now tried repeatedly to return the glasses, and they have been unhelpful. First I was told that I had to take pictures of the product to initiate a return. I refused. Then they tried to offer me 10% off for my trouble. I explained I already had my money back, and simply want to return their glasses. They then sent me return instructions, but they want me to ship the product to Canada when it shipped to me from Blaine WA. I then got a follow-up email telling me that the prescription lenses won’t be covered in my refund. I reminded them again that I already had a refund. I just wanted to return their property. Some other fishy nonsense: PayPal account is linked to a different business. PayPal email never gets responded to. Phone number on PayPal is a different business entirely. Shipping from Washington, return to Canada Stay away from this vendor!
