Bunch of Crooks
Before you order with this company do yourself a favor and go to the BBB.com website and search for glassespros.com and check the current ALERT on this company This company has a business model of stealing customers' money by telling them that the item has been shipped when it hasn't. I am currently in a dispute with these crooks as they took my money and gave me a go-around that they needed to special order the frames, then the lenses didn't fit the frame, then they needed to send it back to the lab. I have called many times and all I get is a voice mail that they will get back to me. I have contacted their chat support 4 times and they say that they will give me $20 credit and assured me that my glasses will be shipped that week. It has been more than three months and no glasses. Avoid a big headache and do not do business with these crooks.

I received a request to give a review
I received a request to give a review, yet I have not received a confirmation email that my order went through and as such have no way of tracking it. I had an issue over the weekend attempting to place the order. I tried on-line chat with no success, so I sent an email (through your site) - no reply. If you do not have staff on the weekend it would be helpful to indicate that. At a minimum it would be nice to get an auto-reply when sending an email through your site that it was received and how many business days to expect prior to hearing back. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my order goes through and I get the right product and correct prescription.
