Great this time but...
I tried ordering from GP before and after a couple weeks of hearing nothing from them, then calling in, I was told that these frames were on backorder. Why didn't they reach out to me to let me know? That would have made a difference. I cancelled that order. So, there is that story. So now...I gave GP another chance and this time around they were better BUT I made sure the fames I wanted were in stock. I was told they were so I ordered and received them in about a week..like anybody would have expected. Moral of this story? You might want to contact GP before ordering to be sure your choice of frames is in stock.

Terrible customer service they respond days later and then say that you can't return due to being past their time frame.

Got no update on shipping
Got no update on shipping, emailed the customer service email, never got a reply, wanted to know when my order would ship and couldn't get any information. Figured I'd save a few bucks and I do mean a few..not alot!, And order through them.. could of bought of Amazon, ebay, or other online retailers and had my glasses by the time I write this email! Very disappointed. With everyone ordering online thaese day's, you'd think they'd be more attentive to online customers! Oh well,You live and you learn!
