Second time I have ordered prescription sunglasses from Glasses.com and always a great experience. This order I had two different pairs, but arrived with a bent frame and they were quick to issue and ship a replacement. The customer service is top notch!

The glasses finally got here. The problem is when I ordered them. It said the glasses would be here on the 14th because I paid an extra 1499 for speedy delivery when I looked on the website. It said that they were gonna be here on the 14th and then when I looked two days later, it said it was gonna be here on the 20th then when I looked two days later, says it was gonna be here on the 22nd then when I looked two days later, it said it was gonna be here on the 27th I finally got my glasses. The glasses are nice. The price was good but your service on your delivery on when you’re gonna deliver is terrible.

Perfect. Lenses are great. Frames are great. Very satisfied.

The glasses I ordered were exactly what I wanted.

Like the glasses frame they are nice, but the prescription felt off when I put them on, then when I verified my prescription against what was put in the glasses they were different. No wonder. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for them and they are wrong. I need to have them corrected, but hate to have to wait the shipping time to get them back to you then shipping time back to me after they spend the time to fix them. It is looking to be over another month before I get glasses that I can wear.

Excellent preserving and delivery process. Received them sooner than expected.
