Easy to find and order my glasses.

The Glass were nicely made and I can see very well with them. They have a nice case as well.

My rating is based on the final overall experience particularly on how it was finally resolved by one specific manager! I had many issues during my order, starting with website not working very well. Since I was apprehensive of my glasses being right based on another experience I had elsewhere, the first line of customer service assured that any issues would be really looked into carefully and redone but that initially didn’t turn out to be the case. First time I had to buy a new frame (of higher price) due to that particular frame not being returnable and the glasses I got the next time had turned out to be much worse and were super thick for a very mild power (in spite of selecting “thin lenses”). The first line of customer service didn’t do much at all and upon being escalated to the next level manager (the one who first dealt with my case) was MUCH MUCH worse! She was nasty, egotistical, offensive and defensive saying that even if I try again it will come out pretty much the same and was trying to just dispose of me with no helpful resolution and actually cut me off in the end even when I tried to accept anything and get it over with! Had I stopped there I would’ve given the worst possible rating but since I needed glasses for my upcoming travel, I pursued further and the next manager thankfully understood the situation really saw how terribly thick the glasses were for such low power (after uploading photos with a comparison) and was empathetic of me needing the glasses for my travel on time and not having to get it from elsewhere after wasting so much time on this and ordered extras thin lenses (which were really the regular thin lens anyway) and made sure I got it on time. I could give 5 stars for her help alone which completely changed my experience and I hope glasses.com does something about the other nasty manager. People like that aren’t worthwhile as they cost company their reputation and much more!

The glasses are great. Ordering was easy but you need to check the order closely especially the frame color as it seemed to have changed on my first attempt to order my glasses. My refund got delayed for some reason because it was through Apple Pay. Other wise I would makes it as 5 Star. My second pair came super fast.

First evening with my new glasses has been great. Your tracking and followup communication needs work. I like my glasses and the price was good.

The prescription in the glasses I received is wrong. No idea what happened here, but I can't even talk with customer service about it til next week because their hours are limited. Overall, not a good experience, and I will not trust my eyeglasses to glasses.com again. Just hoping their customer service doesn't give me a hard time about fixing this nonsense I now have to waste my time on.

I can’t believe that after playing for insurance I have $50 more to get my meta glasses replaced. The last person that I talk to was the only person willing to help me, one of them hung up on me and others were not helpful. So that’s why I have this company a 2 star.
