Delivered on time, and exactly what I ordered.

The glasses are fine however I would recommend adding packing material inside the box The box was crushed and opened when it arrived. Thankfully the glasses didn’t fall out as the opening was large enough

My glasses came in so fast! They are even more beautiful in person. The lens are so clear and so slim. Will definitely be buying here again in the future. Love, love, love my new glasses!! I’ve received so many compliments already and people asking where I’ve gotten them.

Huge nightmare immediately ordering with ease in the online site. Ordered 12-19-25 received 1-12-26 horrible chat platform. Spent so much time trying to get things right. Something was supposedly on back order, never a notification to state this. Order finally says delivered, go to pick up store location, they can’t find them anywhere. Start process of expedited order my card from 12/19/25 purchase goes through on my medical spending account for 2026. Now my FSA will most likely deny the purchase as the purchase date was in 12/25 Calendar year. Has really messed up my FSA. So many calls, emails, wasted time for pickup, chat fricking nightmare!! Horrible customer service to push your customers to such a platform that literally dropped me twice during conversation. I have never been so frustrated and defeated for something that should have been so simple. Extremely turned off from the experience.

My older pair of mirror Lenses has the coating coming off . They are only 9 months old and I take very good care of them. I was forced to buy another pair asap. My new frames the prescription is good , but the color was tan brown but are very dark Brown. B-

Fast, efficient, and just in general love the glasses, I got my prescription and these are my favorite ones out of 5. Totally worth it
