I cannot comprehend the incompetence of this site. I have to call in because my insurance can't be found online. Okay. Spend an hour on the phone with someone placing the order and picking everything out and waiting for insurance to come back. Finally get to check out and "a system error" happens and I have to call back the next day with a reference number. Call back the next day and spend another hour on the phone with someone who I can barely understand but thankfully the order goes through this time. Then I finally get my glasses and the prescription is wrong. Frustrated does not even begin to describe how dealing with this site has been. I would never recommend doing any business here if you can help it.

I asked for readers. I received distance glasses. I can use them for driving, but not reading upclose. I do love the frames, but still disappointed!

The frame came totally misaligned

Process was fairly simple and straightforward. The cost was almost half of what I paid at the place my insurance required me to use (after their payments and discounts). I am blown away with the quality of everything - the frames, the lenses, the process... Would recommend to family and friends. 10/10!

cannot see with them and getting headaches

Was on a chat for hours to place my order, the person chatting left the chat when my discount code wasn’t working. Had to call and wait for over 20 minutes for him to redo the entire order, then not have it go through due to a system error, 3 separate times. Order received and the glasses as extremely darker then the picture shows.

They are a cute pair of glasses and seem to be the right prescription.

The site makes it very easy to order and enter in prescription. I’d buy a second pair if I could! Effortless and easy and all the top brands and options.
