What went wrong is the same thing that went wrong last time. The website sucks. The once very functional, but less glamorous website worked great--never had an issue. With this new site, I have had issues either ordering, uploading prescriptions, etc. This time I could not link my insurance and had to call twice to place my order.

I just received the glasses and something is terribly wrong, I cannot see through them. I can't use them.

Customer Service response isnt the quickest. I used insurance but was unable to add my "welcoming gift" to my order because of using insurance.
