Got a pair of Ray Banz on sale with progressive lenses. They arrived with a hard case, on time. The first impression was positive. I waited a few years too long to get glasses so this was a treat. It was like opening a new toy as a child. The script was followed perfectly. I got exactly what I wanted. Love my new Glasses. Thanks

I received my glasses today. They are $450 designer glasses and they sent no hard case and no cleaning cloth. When I contacted customer service, instead of correcting their mistakes, they said they will have their team look into it. That is no customer service at all!

Delivery was longer than expected

The ordering experience was exceptional. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. They accepted my insurance directly through the checkout process. I loved that I could browse frames and chose all of my options. I also liked the ability to see them on me in my camera. The first pair took 2 weeks longer to ship than they originally told me. The glasses were pretty good, but slightly worse than my existing glasses with the same prescription. The second pair arrived quickly, but the prescription was way off and had to send them back. The replacement pair arrived with a good prescription, but the plastic frames were warped. I am waiting for the second replacement pair now.

My prescription came in on the lenses and they are a little off for the axis and I feel like I am experiencing some warbling on the left and the right hand side of my vision

They are quick.

I really love the glasses. The customer service is also great.

Found the glasses I was looking for was able to use my insurance fairly easy to navigate
