I recently received a pair of eyeglasses from Glasses.com, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The glasses I received were not well put together. There were visible exposed wires on a couple of sides, and noticeable gaps between the metal frame and the lenses. Overall, the build quality felt poor and not what I expected. I have never had these issues in the past when ordering similar frames and lenses from other vendors. These are brand names frames with extra thin lenses and very disappointed at the poor quality of the product I received. Since I just received them, I’m now having to go through the hassle of requesting a return or replacement, which is frustrating. I am hoping the company makes this right, but based on this experience, I would be cautious when ordering.

Wrong glasses terrible fit placement on lens I order regular glasses these are sun glasses

The glasses came and they were great! Made nicely, comfortable, did not feel cheap or fake. The only issue I really had is that it took a while. They advertise 6 day processing but the whole thing took almost 3 weeks. Don’t get me wrong though the product, and the care from support really made me feel helped and that I was getting great product.
