The virtual website is amazing and very user friendly. I received my glasses earlier than expected and am very pleased with my purchase. They are exactly what I hoped for and then some.

The order was processed very quickly. I thought it would take a couple of weeks to get my new glasses and it didn't. I've ordered through glasses.com before and have been very pleased at the quality and correctness of my order. The price is very good even without insurance, and I will order again in the future. My name is John, and immediately upon putting them on I knew they were 'the best pair yet'. I've only started wearing glasses for about 4 years, primarily while doing computer work (I turned 73 on April 5th). I put them on and haven't taken them off... the prescription, perfect, comfort of the frames, amazing, in other words... a job well done (I'd take my hat off to you, but I'm not wearing one). I must also comment on the gentleman that helped me with my initial order... great person and a true professional in every way. I realize the Dr. who provided the prescription played a huge role in this over all success, she was with LensCrafters. I would have gotten the exact same lenses and frames, but they wanted to charge me $1,140.00 more, in addition to my $500.00 insurance adjustment. Crazy right. Glasses.com, best ever See? I mean Sí...

Love the glasses

Horrible website. You waste hours as you cannot filter by eyewear sizes and measurements. Yo find one that may fit, and then the lens choices are a joke. 5 kinds of blut filter that I don't even want. I want high index. The only reason I tried it is because of my crappy insurance, Eyemed. If you do order, then they jack up the costs.

Ordering a mine was super simple. The rebate was also an added benefit. I was able to stack rewards using Capital One shopping and an additional rebate through my AMEX card. So all included to purchase almost paid for itself. Was able to come into a LensCrafters to get glasses adjusted at no cost. Everything's worked out very smoothly.
