Gimme Care has been great. I've been on their Terzepitide for about 22 weeks and lost about 50 lb +. Their products are excellent and their customer service is really good too. I've had a couple issues like wanting to change my delivery date as well as the cancellation of a accidental order. They have been very quick to respond and very professional. Handling my issues very expediently. (Laura is amazing) They're also about the best price you will find. You can't go wrong with them. They don't play the games that a lot of the glp-1 sites do. Thanks Gimme Care. You rock!!

In my experience, Gimme's customer support team has been very responsive, kind, and helpful. They follow up and always ask if there's anything more they can do for me. After a bad experience with another GLP-1 competitor, I'm super happy.

The compounded medication doesn’t work, and when I paid for a 3 month plan they only gave me a vial that was worth 1 month because it expired too soon. They tried to fix it by sending me another vial and it was the same problem- the vial was about to expire! At that point I demanded a refund, which at first they refused but then after pressing them I got a partial refund. The WORST!

I received a fast response from Gimme. They took care of my needs and I am happy with their service.

My interaction with Gimme Care started out great. They shipped me a three month supply of tirzepatide and scheduled me for a follow on shipment. They billed my account on 30 July and notified me on 5 August (after I inquired about the status of my order on 5 August) that the pharmacy was not going to fill my prescription. When I asked for a refund they asked me to give them another day. At approximately 6:00 PM they notified me that they were not going to fill the prescription. My injection, using the medicine that I do not have, is due on 7 August. As if weight loss and adjusting to taking tirzepatide is not difficult enough, Gimme Care’s handling of my account has ensured that I will have a gap in my treatment and weight loss management. Since they filled the prior prescription, scheduled the follow on prescription, and billed me for the follow on treatment, there is no rational basis for the manner in which Gimme Care handled my account. I am incredibly dissatisfied with Gimme Care and very sorry that I chose to do business with them.

Professional, prompt, and personal. That's been my experience with Gimme. I’m in a state that requires a call to get this prescribed. The visit was comprehensive, not some rushed 2 minute call. My medication arrived in perfect condition and the dosing instructions were crystal clear. Down 9 lbs in my first month with no side effects.

Gimme was very quick to respond, to any and all questions or concerns I may have had. Olvia and NP Storey were both on top of their individual parts and made me feel respected as a customer. The ease of this process is an added bonus. I hope that this positive relationship continues during this ongoing process for me.
