I did not experience any issues with delivery times or the quantities I received. However, I was confused by the dosing schedule. Most GLP-1 medications use dose increments such as 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, and 10 mg, whereas Gimemcare uses 3 mg, 6 mg, 9 mg, and 12 mg. As someone without a medical background, I found this confusing. Additionally, I experienced significant gastrointestinal side effects for approximately 48 hours after taking the medication. Unfortunately, this program was not a good fit for me.

I've been with them for about 7 months. Mostly satisfied but they're customer service is spotty at best. Very hard to get a straight answer about shipments and basic how to's. Still waiting for my last shipment to arrive although it's been almost 4 weeks since I paid, I'm out of meds and my shot is in 3 more days. Unacceptable. Probably time to change provider. Update 1. They saw my review, contacted me and apologized for the issue. They never told me why it happened in the first place. Also, they expedited my shipment which should arrive a day before my shot. Added one star. Update 2. Got my meds today. Took only 3 day once shipped and still cool. Shot due tomorrow. However, I take 15mg per shot and that takes 2 syringes per shot or 24 total over 12 weeks. I got a total of 10 syringes and 10 cleaning pads.

Mary was wonderful. 5stars…The rest of your support is lacking…it took me 5 days before I finally found Mary…the rest of you chats simply referred me to another AI. I needed a person to explain all my issues.. My friend referred me to your company, their experience has been different than mine. I would NOT recommend your organization after my experience been much different than mine

The company and Olivia were very responsive and helpful. I was able to complete my order online quickly.

I want to give an update on my last review for Gimme Care. I finally received my GLP-1 medication. It was almost a month to the day that I ordered it originally to finally receiving it. Although I was happy to finally get my meds, the medication was between barely cool and warm. Errrrrrr….Not good! I am not a negative person so I hope this next chance I am giving on my next order goes smooth. I would love to give 5 stars ⭐️ I just need Gimme Care to do a little better! A lot better! I wouldn’t not recommend them, but just know you may be waiting a while with no good explanation as to why it is taking so long. The customer service was responsive but I could never get them to say what was really going on. Once I was able to contact the pharmacy where my order was sent the person at the pharmacy told me they were short handed and very behind. Like why couldn’t Gimme Care customer service had told me that. I would not have liked it but I would have understood more of why and what was going on with my order. That was my first experience. I’m going to see what happens with order #2 coming soon 🤷🏼‍♀️

There were parts of ordering with this company that I appreciated; however, I’ve never appreciate deception at a monetary cost. They advertise overnight shipping to get your product. That is an untrue statement and needs to be updated very clearly on their website. They have found a loophole and whatever mailing gods are out there that allows them to take your money in 30 seconds. Tell you that you’ll be receiving an order and the order does not ship for almost 10 days. When it does ship, you typically do get it overnight, but that is completely not how it is advertised. If I’m paying for overnight shipping at a cost of $300, I am not expecting it to come in two weeks. I don’t know about other consumers, but I would’ve liked to have known this information going into this prior. I’m currently waiting on a dosage that was ordered two weeks ago was given a label yesterday to be mailed still has not been mailed and at this point, I am finished with the company.

I am on week 9 and have lost 10 pounds. They have switched pharmacies and the bottles are tiny. The dosing is confusing. Went from Tirzepatide with B12 to Tirzepatide with Glycine support couldn't tell me why. I pay $199 a month....is it worth it? Not really. Maybe a pound a week weight loss, no energy and customer service is lacking. They stress how important keeping it refrigerated is yet when it arrives it is HOT not warm HOT the ice packs are actually completely warm/ hot and sweating. Would recommend checking other places first. Heard Native was pretty decent.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give zero stars if there was an option for that. I was already on a high dose and since they changed pharmacies, they made me retake an intake form. I specified I wanted to increase my dose and guess what? They sent me to the lowest dose again. I contacted them immediately after seeing the error on my prescription and they took many days to reply back. I was assured they will cancel my order but they didn’t, they ended up shipping it and charging me for it even though I caught the error immediately and asked for a cancellation. Now they are denying me a refund of $447 for their incompetence. They trick you and make it seem like you request a lower dosis during intake so they can charge you for longer when increasing your dose. I am forced for fight the charge with my bank now but I will never do business with them again. Save your money and go with a better and more reputable company that this scam of a company. EDIT: After my first review, Oscar manager at gimme care reached out to me and offered a $447 store credit as a solution to my issue. I appreciated it, and accepted it since I never had an issue with the product itself. I would’ve given a 5 star review if I didn’t have to be fighting back and forth with their customer service, that was a very frustrating experience. After all I’m glad my issue was fixed and the manager took accountability.
