I thought I liked this company, decent prices. Well then i ordered glutathione, noticed I wasn't getting any updates or tracking numbers, just sitting pharmacy. So i messaged them, they kept giving me the run around, they suck at responding, then lo and behold they finally message me that the pharmacy claims they are out of stock. I find that funny after sitting there for several days, suddenly out of stock. What bs, will not be buying from them again!! Don't waste your time and money

Gimme is refusing to refund medication that has been recalled by the FDA. They did not inform me that the medication I received was part of a Class 2 nationwide recall. I learned about it on the news! I do not feel comfortable using this medication. The FDA published the recall on their website. However Gimme wants a letter sent to me individually to process a refund. I wouldn’t use Gimme if I were you. You may end up in the same situation one day. Beware!

I agreed to automatic refills. I assumed they would email me ahead of refill time as many online companies do. But they didn't. The processed the refill without any time for tweaking and no verification of approval. It turns out that I no longer am using the product. So I am set back over $400 because of their money grab. You response is worthless. You write words without good intent or follow-through. Blah, blah, blah bunch of crap.

I am so mad I feel like I’ve been scammed. I cannot get the person on the Support on the app to respond to my message. Her name is Maria. She keeps looking at them and she won’t say anything so I put an order in for Trizipatide I was told by someone on the phone before I even put my order in that if I show proof of a receipt from my last company that I can either probably start from the current dose that I was at which was 7.5 and that the doctor will talk to me before even approving me I never got the doctor to talk to me. I got a message from the doctor saying I was approved for a low-dose or something like that I didn’t even understand the dose, but I told them that why didn’t they talk to me before sending my stuff to the pharmacy and that I thought that they’ve done it a different way cause that’s what I was told it was like they kept answering questions that I wasn’t even asking them then I got a message from Maria saying that my order was canceled and then a message from the doctor on this app that they have saying to send my prescription bottle picture to them after Maria told me the order was canceled and I’m like what why is my order canceled? What about my refund then Maria text me today after looking at all my messages yesterday and not responding to none of them she texted me today and said we can’t cancel your order because it’s already done. I said, but you’re the one that told me it was canceled and right before they even canceled it I was able to see on the dashboard my prescription and everything my dose. All of that now it says that I don’t even have a treatment plan or anything it’s like it’s never been seen by the doctor. It’s like a brand new person. That’s never had a prescription with them at all and do not have a prescription with them and is telling me to do another intake and it action like questions about sex like, what am I trying to work on? It’s weird you guys and it’s telling me to pay a fee that come up to $500 I don’t even understand what’s going on, but I keep trying to talk to Maria and ask her is my prescription coming why is everything erased on the dashboard and I can’t see anything and she just keeps looking at my messages and not even responding I don’t know who to talk to because she won’t respond. I’m gonna have to dispute this with my bank because this is not fair. They took my money which was a 199 and they won’t even respond to me like how can they do something like this to somebody? I should’ve just read the reviews and I should’ve followed my first step but they took my last money and One won’t even respond like I can actually look at the girl Maria looking at my message and it is saying seen by her. Can somebody tell me how to get my money back or a number to call them because they just took my money and there’s nothing I can do about it. And this is Jessica Moore so you guys know who this is

After 6-months with another provider, I switched to this company as they offered better pricing. That was a huge mistake! The initial shipment, shipped on 8/31/26, was not sent via overnight delivery. While it did contain an ice pack, it was sent in just a padded delivery pouch. It was in transit for roughly 48-hours through areas where the temperatures ranged from 93-100 degrees. The medication arrived with the ice pack completely melted and the vials were VERY warm to the touch. As that medication was compromised, it went straight into the garbage. The concentration of the medication was not correct either. Despite me sending them photos of my prior dosage (15 mg/ml) TWICE, they insisted that I had been taking 7.5 mg, so the 10 mg/ml they sent was fine, which was completely inaccurate. Their customer service is putrid and when I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, they apparently blocked me from accessing their website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If I could rate lower than a 1, I would. The first order was great, but it went downhill from there. The second order, they took my money $489 and never sent the prescription. I contacted the Pharmacy and they received the prescription but said Gimme no longer uses them. We contacted Gimme (no home so you can only communicate via email and they are slow to respond) and the next thing I know is that not only are they not sending the meds, they tell me they will refund the $489 in days, but they turn around and take another $599 unauthorized payment out of my account for no reason. No customer services, theft, and fraud!!

They are horrible the worst no real person just ai no accurate medication just a mess no one to talk the doctor in the chat useless the support useless

Initial order was fine so I can see why reviews are positive. 2nd shipment was incorrect and they said there is nothing they could do about it. I got the initial dosage instead of for months 4-6.
