So I was with them prior I left because you can't get a hold of anyone. I had a problem a few times. Now I joined them back on the 1st of August to see if they have got any better seeing they was new when I first started..well there website says 5-7 days to receive your meds. Now I am on the 9th because I applied August 1st today Is August 9th and still haven't received my meds. It says the shipping label was created since the 7th. Which I am assuming that it not going to be mailed out til Monday because today is Sunday so it will be well over the 5-7 days that I get my meds. It's probably going to be like 12 days by the time I get them. I will update when I get it. And I hope my meds aren't sitting there packed for days not shipped. Then going to be out in the summer heat with a melted ice bag.

Delivery was always late. I would have to chat in to see where my order was and then they would blame it on a system issue. I used Gimme Care for 6 months. I was supposed to be on a titration dose it stayed the same the entire time. When you would finally get the shot it was hot. Do not recommend

Update: the company replied to my trust pilot review, telling me if I'm not happy contact them thru chat, both of which I did 2 days ago. I may have misunderstood the intake form and listed my starting dose over a year ago, however I clearly explained in the comment area if the intake form what my dose was and that I did not want to drop down. My initial review: I was on 15 mg tirzepatide with another company and decided to switch to this company because they were rated high by chat gpt. This company dropped me to 6mg and I immediately appealed to the doctor and to customer support. I have not heard back from either. I have informed them that if the 6 mg ships, I will refuse delivery and dispute the charge with my credit card. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow then more time to respond, but my experience is most of these compounded pharmacies ignore customer service complaints but quickly respond to trust pilot complaints. I will update my rating if and when they make this right. I'm not paying $500 for a dose that isn't right for me and won't work.

Real talk: I was worried this was too cheap to be legit. But after 3 months and 28 pounds lost, I'm a customer for life. The medication is sourced from licensed pharmacies in the United states and the customer service team actually knows what they're talking about. Five stars and two thumbs up!

My experience with gimme care has been great! They have been responsive and easy to work with working out the right dosage and things of that nature.

Love it price is great

I've purchased two three month supplies and everything has come on time, cold, and have no had any other issues. Customer support was pretty quick to help me when I needed to change shipment and payment dates.
