My first order of semaglutide did not contain the vial of medication. The pharmacy that filled it was called "White Label Pharmacy, LLC". My bag contained a room temp "cold pack" and a 10 pack of empty syringes. No instructions or paperwork of any kind. I immediatly told Gimme Care what happened and they said they reached out to the pharmacy who said the medicine was in the bag. It was not. Gimme Care refused to resend the medication and told me I would have to pay the $170 to have a new order placed. I am now the owner of a $170 10-pack bag of empty syringes.

This company MAY not get you your medication as promised. We eventually got our order but had to call the preparing pharmacy twice. The Gimme support is useless BOT commentary that does not address the issue and drags on for several days. We ordered and never got the shipment so email and texted. Label created but not shipped. BOT says they have ten days to prepare shipment and 7-10 additional in transit. No attempt to call pharmacy to resolve. Upon contacting pharmacy ourselves find out order not processed. Get processed and hung up in UPS system (weather delays for 7 days). Gimme keeps saying that is no problem..they have 7-10 days to transit it to us. Pharmacy ships another batch as it could be compromised if stuck in transit as no idea what temps are. BOT AND service Team at Gimme keep parroting 7-10 day without lifting a finger to help. Gimme never fully grasp what was going on. We go the shipment two weeks later after the second shipment arrived. Wife's order stuck in pharmacy backlog and they can't say when it will ship so she is forced to use my GLP in meantime. You could be next!!

Very fast processing and shipping. However, vials arrived with damaged caps, with one being so loose it could very well fall off during standard extraction practices. It was not a shipping problem, this was a mistake by the pharmacy (Hyalo). The pharmacy also only sent 2 vials for 3 month supply, which is not 28 day compliant, and a health risk. Edit: I did try one vial, however even at an increased dose from previous provider/pharmacy, my appetite is noticeably climbing. Items received were probably DOA. Sent photos. The team apologized, but ultimately did nothing to resolve.

Signed up with gimme to get compounded tirzepatide. Intake was quick and painless, my prescription was sent to the pharmacy within a day. I told it would ship within 2-5 business days. Weeks later and nothing had shipped and customer service seemed to have not been able to get any sort of update besides that it’s “processing”. I ended up just having to cancel my order because I didn’t think it would ever ship. Giving two starts instead of one because the customer service team was relatively responsive despite not being able to resolve my issue.

New customer- signed up and was approved 15 days ago - tracking shows my shipment still hasnt shipped. Horrible experience so far as I was transitioning from another provider so have missed two doses. Support keeps giving the run-around. Price is good which is why they get 2 stars instead of one, but unless they get reliable with shipping, I would avoid.

Ordered Aug 1 and supposedly sent to the pharmacy right away for a 6mg weekly tirzepatide prescription. Finally received the order today August 12, but it was not the right dose strength, I received a 3mg weekly dose. I have notified Gimme via chat with the doctor, which is the only way I get a response in my portal. I also email them and sometimes receive a response. I have notified my credit card company too.

Ordered Tirzepatide twice. First time, meds arrived warm. Ice pack completely warm. I'm in MD and they ship form TX, using UPS 2nd day air. Second order, exactly the same thing. Meds arrived very warm. Contacted Gimmecare, took for ever to get a response. What did they say? "It's not our fault, contact the pharmacy". Well, I did not pay the pharmacy. I paid Gimmecare and expect resolution by Gimmecare. Also, unlike many competitors, Gimmecare "sits" on orders for 2-3 days. Once the prescription sent, their pharmacy does the same and take another 2-3 days to ship, Then it's sent UPS 2nd day so add another 2 days. God forbid, if there is a weekend or a shipping delay, it will be worse. There is really no perceived sense of urgency.

It may be one of the cheapest places to get GLP-1’s.. and the product seems to work, but the customer service is appalling. When signing up, they’re all over it! But when you have questions or if you want to cancel, they’re nowhere to be found. I didn’t complete my 3 month check in on purpose, because I had an abundance of product i wanted to use before I got my refill (apparently, you’re supposed to do that before you’re refill)… but they charged me and said my refill was on the way ANYWAY… I messaged and emailed numerous times, for days on end without response until finally deciding to cancel my membership due to the lack of any response. The problem? There’s no way to cancel on the app or website. The only way to get them to respond to me? Threaten them with going to the BBB or going further than that.
