I shopped around for months. I would enter my info on these other websites before they would give me a price. Then they would start calling and texting. Gimme was straight forward, NO HIDDEN FEES. Even when I entered my info on Gimme I didn’t get cold calls from them or text messages. Just a , “thank you for your order” and all the details. The customer service was impressive. Shout out to Valentina. From the time I placed my order till it was at my door took about 11 days. I’m not complaining because everything else was flawless! 💯 recommend!

I am very impressed with the services. Within 4 days of placing order, I received medicine before another injection would be due. I haven't found any Vendor on the internet to match or come close to Gimme Care's prices. Communication is on point. Good job. I will continue to order more products.

OK...I need to start @ the beginning & BELIEVE ME...THIS WAS NOT A GOOD STORY! I took the chance...in spite of the very mixed reviews to order from "Gimme Care". Though I read I would be approved, my product shipped & I would receive the tracking & eventually my meds w/in 7 days...over 2 wks later...NADA! I sent an email to them regarding my order & lo & behold...NADA! A few days later I got an email from FedEx stating I had a delivery from Align Pharmacy scheduled for delivery. I have NO IDEA what "Align Pharmacy" is...yesterday I recv'd my shipment from Align...a pkg that says it needs to be refrigerated upin receipt...but was warm & the ice pack was completely melted. The instructions on the vials were convoluted & the "BUD" dates were going to expire w/in a month. I was so disgusted w/EVERYTHING so far w/this purchase, I sent a very demanding, or very pleasant email...ENTER JUAN!!! My expectations were very low & the best I hoped for was a refund. JUAN WAS AMAZING!! He was empathetic, professional, customer service-centric & solution-oriented! He asked me to send a couple photos & w=in a couple hours A WHOLE NEW SHIPMENT was coming to me overnite!!! He was gracious & thorough...& coming from "me"...a 45 yr Customer Service Manager is high praise! I'm truly sorry it had to come to my demanding email, but Juan really made it all better & did the right thing!! Thank you Juan & I look forward to doing business together in a much more agreeable partnership!

Convenient, Quick to answer questions, Reliable, Great customer service

My experience with GimmeCare so far has been great! I submitted my very first intake process for a medicine on April 23rd, and was approved and prescribed the dosage I wanted almost exactly 12 hours later- which was only 5 business hours later! Almost immediately, within the next hour, my order was sent to the pharmacy. It took the pharmacy approximately four days to ship the product, on April 27th. This was a little bit longer in processing than I have experienced with another company, but I saved over $100 for the exact same product than what that other company would’ve charged me- so I think 2 or 3 extra processing days is worth it! But, once I received that shipping noticing on the 27th, it was on my doorstep the next day April 28th! During that time, I had received two conflicting emails that kind of confused me. So I emailed their support, and received an initial automated response, but then a follow up personalized response less than 24 hours later- from Valentina. She cleared everything up right away, and even since then has continued being my personal customer service when I emailed on the same chain about a different issue a week later. On this new issue, it was entirely my fault for accidentally cancelling my treatment plan. Valentina responded, again within one day, explaining everything to me and offering to personally restart my same treatment plan- and even move my charge date and shipping date to my preferred date! I also received support from Chloe on Reddit, who was equally awesome! She has been swamped handling the social media side of things, and while her responses to direct messages usually take two or so days, she is helpful. She even gave me a small credit to my account for the delay in her response- without me asking or needing one! I have tried four different telehealth providers for my GLP medication, and usually bounce around for each new order, but I plan on sticking with Gimme for the foreseeable future!

The product itself is doing amazing for me. I am new to all of this so aside from the slow shipping from the first dose set up everything else has met my expectations. I will know better within the next couple of weeks to determine if shipping improves. I will update as time goes on.

This company has horrible customer communications. They never answer emails and messages and when they do, it is flippant and short with no explanation. Their phone call button ends up in a bogus number. I think the product they sent me was just water and I have been ripped off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great service and pricing. Plus I received my order pretty quick.
