The ornament is perfect but the clear layer on the back won’t come off!!
Response from Giftshire Inc - Personalized GiftsNov 11, 2025
Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your feedback! The clear layer on the back is a protective film we leave on to prevent scratches during shipping. Please try gently peeling it off using your fingernail — it should come off easily. If you still have trouble, please email us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help further. – Giftshire Team
