Giftshire Inc - Personalized GiftsReviews of giftshire.com

I wanted to take the time to write a review. First of all the delivery turnaround was amazing. I think I ordered it on maybe one Friday and got my full order by the following Saturday. That’s amazing. The stockings are beautiful. The stitching is amazing. I wish they were a little bit bigger as far as length, but in general, I love them. They are gorgeous. I bought one of the Crystal necklaces. The picture in the Crystal is beautiful. It’s a little bulky. I think they need to add the actual size of the Crystal in inches so you’re ready but in general, I am very pleased. I would definitely order from here again.

One of my Christmas stockings had personalization issues but customer service was excellent and they replaced it for me

I received the beautiful tumbler I ordered but wasn't the right color. I contacted the company and was promised a correct tumbler in place. I wasn't asked to return the wrong one. Great customer service. If not for the error in color, I would give them 5 stars.

Unique items and quick delivery

Quick turnaround. The dog collar was super soft on the inside which I really liked for our pet. I'm a little nervous about the engraved name plate staying in place on the collar. Fingers crossed.

The products I have ordered before. The issue: I did not change the background of the “ black record” the figure is almost unable to be seen. The “Polaroid photo” one in this order is larger than my previous order. The shipping and delivery time was beyond speedy. I work like to rectify my “ record” issues. The first tine I was sent the incorrect color, and I just referenced the issue with this last order. Please help.

I had a problem with one of the 7 individualized knives and they corrected it for free - kind of like customer service should be in my opinion
